Ever notice that the skies are not a deep blue color anymore, but rather a dull milky white most of the time? Ever look up and notice how the spray left by jets lingers for hours and spreads out and falls. Ever notice those patches of trees in the forest that appear to be dying or dead? Ever heard of so many respiratory and skin problems with family and friends like Morgellans, and COPD? Ever see such weather devastation on the planet?
If you have noticed any of these things then you are witnessing BG engineering (bio-geo-engineering) in action. The consequences are extreme and most people don’t realize we’re being fumigated like bugs.
The entire globe is being sprayed under the auspices of climate change formerly known as global warming. That term was changed when it proved to make them look like the liars that they are.
The spray in concert with HAARP is used to divert weather patterns like a weapon on unsuspecting countries or states. These weather weapons are being used right now to cause a drought in California and Oregon. (HAARP Pictures)
Weather weapons are nothing new since they were used on the Ho-Chi-Mein trail in Vietnam to bring in a monsoon to halt the advancement of the enemy. China, Russia, and the USSA all have these weather weapons.
One thing for sure is this country and the world are at extinction level pollution levels. For instance;
• Radioactive pollution from Fukushima encircling the northern hemisphere, if that’s not bad enough.
• Noise pollution.
• RF pollution from, cell phones, cell towers, smart meters, Wi-Fi transmissions, and computers.
• Indoor pollution from all the chemicals and waste in our home.
• Pollution from the personal hygiene products.
• Pollution from all the pharmaceutical drugs and street drugs consumed.
• Pollution from the toxic chemicals we use on our clothing and the chemicals used to make them.
• Pollution from all the toxic chemicals in/on our food/alcohol/ and our water.
• Pollution from the toxins in our silverware, plates, and dishes.
• Pollution from round-up and other toxic garden products.
• Pollution from radioactive/chemical toxins from power generation.
• Finally pollution from BG-engineering. This is the worst of them all, because nobody is exempt, nobody gave their permission, and nobody had a choice in the matter. We can clean up our environment, go organic, eat/get healthier, exercise, buy better cloths, grow a garden, but it would all be in vain as long as BG engineering continues unabated.
When you combine many of these chemicals with others they have a synergistic effect and are exponentially more powerful. As for most of this pollution goes, we could change life styles and have a choice in every matter but BG engineering is not up for notification, change, or debate.
We all breathe, drink, bath, eat, and wear, these accumulative poisons every day and night. It won’t be long before your body reaches a critical mass and breaks down into disease. No matter how healthy we are, we will all eventually succumb to this.
It has aluminum dioxide, barium, strontium, and recently discovered fluoride which is host to over 300 toxins and heavy metals. Scientists have also found biological agents in the mix as well, hence the term bio-geo-engineering BG engineering for short.
This issue is the single most important thing we are facing as humanity and we must do something or we’re heading for a crematorium near us and that’s understated.
Since everybody is getting acclimated to the trails then it would be easy to one day change the composition or formula of the spray and we’d all be kissing dirt and never realizing what hit us.
As far as I’m concerned, this constitutes criminal actions subject to arrest on behalf of the DOD, corporations and the sociopathic banksters. I’m no lawyer but it seems they are violating too many statutes to be legal. There has to be something we can charge them with.
They have to be totally nihilistic. This affects their families too. The pilots’ families as well, who knowingly spray these toxins without so much as a thought to their behavior.
Soon there won’t be any pilots, it will all be automated with no one to say otherwise. The Air force has had remote controlled unmanned jets for years and some say they were used on 9/11.
We are literally paying to incrementally kill ourselves. Is our unwitting life structure just a built in form of mass incremental suicide/murder? At this point, I’d say yes!
This in my opinion is the ultimate, full spectrum form of eugenics.
California, just like every other state in this nation is under siege right now. Political solutions are out the window because the criminally inclined politicians infested in our government can’t be trusted to act in our best interest and won’t prosecute their comrades.
BG engineering is a criminal act on our health and welfare. It’s a criminal act on the planet as well. So where’s the environmental Nazi’s? They’re hiding of course because they get nowhere fighting themselves.
There’s an important video with a link I think everybody should watch. People are definitely trying to stop this insidious poisoning but unfortunately, so far, their efforts are in vain. When this many people show up to a meeting and the frustrations continue from inaction of the California government and all other states as well, I call that time for hands on actions.
This is a response from a person at the meeting;
“Those at the top, that California is relying on for help, are being silenced by the criminal regime that has taken over the US. I've been in and out of fits of tears of sadness and anger. We all know the spray is toxic and killing trees and wildlife, and we know we are being forced to inhale it. It already reeks of omnicide.”
Omnicide is genocide of all life forms at once. Sad but true we are being murdered incrementally along with the planet and all its inhabitants.
In a perfect world, we all would get answers and take actions to stop this. But in this far from perfect world I would resort to sit-ins’. If it were up to me, I would try to halt the flights by staging a peaceful sit in on the tarmac. Can you imagine hundreds of people at every exterminator/contractors site sitting down on the tarmacs in full view of the media in defiance of these global criminals?
This would be something the media couldn’t ignore. This would wake others and soon we would have our political servants trying to hide from us because they know they won’t be reelected if they don’t do something to stop it.
They would also be running away because they made a deal with the devil that they don’t want to answer to us for that, or the devil who bought them. They just don’t care that you can’t make deals with the devil.

Chemical and Biological Warfare
1520. Use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents by Department of Defense; accounting to to congressional committees with respect to experiments and studies; notification of local civilian officials
(a) Not later than thirty days after final approval within the Department of Defense of plans for any experiment or study to be conducted by the Department of Defense, whether directly or under contract, involving the use of human subjects for the testing of chemical or biological agents, the Secretary of Defense shall supply the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives with a full accounting of such plans for such experiment or study, and such experiment or study may then be conducted only after the expiration of the thirty-day period beginning on the date such accounting is received by such committees.
(b)(1) The Secretary of Defense may not conduct any test or experiment involving the use of any chemical or biological agent on civilian populations unless local civilian officials in the area in which the test or experiment is to be conducted are notified in advance of such test or experiment, and such test or experiment may then be conducted only after the expiration of the thirty-day period beginning on the date of such notification.
(2) Paragraph (1) shall apply to tests and experiments conducted by Department of Defense personnel and tests and experiments conducted on behalf of the Department of Defense by contractors.
1524. Agreements to provide support to vaccination programs of Department of Health and Human Services.
(a) Agreements authorized. The Secretary of Defense may enter into agreements with the Secretary of Health and Human Services to provide support for vaccination programs of the Secretary of Health and Human Services in the United States through use of the excess peacetime biological weapons defense capability of the Department of Defense.
Changes made to title 50 in April, 2000
1520a. Restrictions on the use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents.
(a) Prohibited activities
The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract)—
(1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population/ or
(2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.
(b) Exceptions
Subject to subsections (c),(d), and (e) of this section, the prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes.
(1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity.
(2) Any purpose that is directly related protection against toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.
(3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control.

The document presented here is bizarre. It does not appear to be an original. Rothchild saw that far ahead in the 18th century, when this country was just beginning to be invaded? The on going theme of analogies to electrical circuitry is both bizarre and intriguingly fitting via a certain lens. It does make a certain kind of sense if some extremely cold hearted person tried to devise a function of analyzing a population. And it does explain why it takes two parents working to survive, sort of. I mean, I can see how it would tempt someone to find a way to tax both parents. As well as the mega push towards debt. But especially chilling to me is the dumbing down of our kids in school. I mean we lag so very far behind the rest of the world in so many human ways including education. Live births for one, besides the education problem which is extreme. I keep wondering why it gets worse instead of better in that regard. Even as all talk about it. This at least explains that as well as both parents having to work, no choice. Except part of that choice includes debt for a lot of crap. Unnecessary crap-toys really. And this idea of shock testing is a bit of a revelation. Explains a lot. Maybe even explains geo-engineering. How much will we endure? How will people react, or will they react. How dumb are we?
I remember in grade school we were shown images of Russia where women were forced to work and the poor little children in State run facilities, though the kids did not look as if they were suffering, but it did seem shocking that mom had to go do factory work or whatever. This was shown to us as propaganda. Why we didn't want to be like Russia. Why Russia was bad. Then along comes women's lib and sure, many women did want to work and should have that right. But I did not fit that mold. I wanted lots of kids, including adopted or fostered, lots of land, gardens, horses, music, art-a personal paradise. As more and more women entered the work force, to this very day, not equal pay for equal work. But nearly overnight it became necessary, regardless. The stress seemed to feed into unhealthy eating for one. Then, endless entertainment. Credit cards. Trips to Disneyland de riguere. Ordering pizza too as who had time to cook? I remember when the first burger joint opened where we lived-I was I my teens and it was a novelty. Now everyone is overweight and sick.
I remember being told that I could do or be anything when I grew up, which quickly was shown to be untrue. Not allowed to work in the soil sector-men only. Not allowed to be a pilot-men only. I remember being shocked and embarrassed that I didn't know.
How many young people gone wrong, find when they are older teens or early 20s that there is no hope, no help, no way to express themselves, no adequate education, no money, no cool car. Then one day "lose it" and go berserk, killing? Because they realize they are but cogs in some machine. That none of their childhood dreams will come true.
This "paper" does explain how bit by bit all this snuck up on us and that we are as worthless as we feel sometimes. The constant references to electricity seem weird, but fit too well. It is enough to make a person almost understand "fundamentalists". We are all units of energy running on empty. And too stupid to figure out what happened, how the hell all this happened. This is some shocking sh**! Clearly, geo-engineering is the tip of the berg. Jeez, talk about shock testing!

Rampant Geoengineering activity here in SoCal past few days. Sunset in a few minutes will result in another display of red and pink colored clouds in the west. Geoengineers working feverishly to bring remnants of Hawaiian hurricane across California. May produce some local rain on Thurs. Monsoon type activity basically year-round now. TV meteorologists still looking at chemtrail activity and calling it "high cirrus clouds". Unbelievable incompetence.
Just wanted to mention that I have noticed an abrupt decrease in spraying this past week in Maine. The skies are absolutely breathtaking… huge white billowy puffy clouds like the ones I grew up knowing… and an amazingly blue sky. Not sure what's going on but the sky is real this week. Anyone else notice anything different? Perhaps they are concentrating elsewhere this week…

As for my home country of Australia, there seems to be the beginnings (only the very beginnings) of what might be an extinction level decline in certain types of birds, the much-loved Kookaburras, Magpies and Willy Wagtails.

I actually buried one of the birds under my fruit tree, after discovering it dead on my front lawn. I think I have identified the cause of these deaths in my neighborhood, but don't have time to post here now. I think it is linked to the pollutants freely invading our homes and gardens, though.

When there are breaks it's usually from them having to make more batches of toxins to support a worldwide spraying campaign when they fall behind in their maniacal pursuits. It has to be transported, delivered loaded onto planes and then the spraying resumes, but as you said there was a long break this time but unfortunately it returned with a vengeance. We have had wild fires here and the smoke was literally choking us but they still sprayed anyway it was disgusting. That alone would have it's own untold synergistic effect. My local weather man has been talking/lying non stop about the 100% projected El Nino this year and the high odds of it being a drought buster for California. Most people believe this crap and in fact are depending on it. We all know the real reason why the Oceans are warming and the scum have no intention of rain storms arriving in California. Most of the major reservoirs are at about 20% capacity except Lake Shasta, Lake Don Pedro looks almost dry. Extreme 50% or more water rationing looks possible in January rain when the rain does not arrive. By then we may have many other worries as well. Peace to all.
The publication of so many Laws and Agency " Diktats " in reference to the issue of government activity in our environment leaves the intelligent citizen with no choice but to ignore or evade { if humanly possible } any damaging regulation foisted upon us. This issue is so profound , that we as individuals may be helpless in the face of it ; however, we must always keep in mind that our singular existance will come to an end, no matter what, and if we can combat the psychopaths in any way possible; we should. The limit is biological not chronological when talking about your soul being pure energy which cannot be created nor destroyed it can only be manipulated. Energy has no barriers in time, time is man made. Death should never be feared it just results in another beginning. And there is always something anybody can do, all it takes sometimes is one person.
I fear the level of invasive ultra-high-tech technology that now forms a matrix within which we happily go about our lives is very close to being beyond anything the average person would imagine possible. With each passing day, our world is looking more and more like a "Hunger Games" movie, in which we are playing for the amusement of the Cabal, with our deaths as the end of this particular episode.

Marc, did you read John Marshall's Silent Weapons for Silent Wars? It Is chilling! Invasive technology seemingly does form a matrix in which we are all captured and evaluated. Ouch. I kept feeling it can't all be true, yet it does make a certain kind of evil sense that is so demoralizing, so hopeless sounding that it makes me want to jump off some high building. And, it fits like a glove. Gee, I still thought of us all as individuals. He did make, or it did, the point of it all being linear, and the form fits that in that the comparison, even the idea, came with electricity and electrical currents. I've always been opposed to linear thinking and feel it is a main factor even in geo-engineering. Perhaps, somehow in that lies our way out. I'm thinking of Buckminster Fuller's trinary math. Interesting concept, one that could save us. As Paul would say: hint, hint….

When the people that make the laws/rules do not abide by them or enforce them, is that not manipulation of the Truth? Is that not undermining any credibility we may have assigned them?
Fool me once… my fault. Try to Fool me again… it's on you. How can we expect a government/elite power structure to act in our best interest when they have over and over again Lied and not had our best interest in mind? We cant.
It is up to us as individuals to get into "lock step" with like minded individuals and keep marching forward and applying the pressure of exposure and accountability on those in government and the private sector responsible for the GeoEngineering programs to get them stopped..
When you have an Arterial Wound you immediately control and cut off the Blood flow. If you don't, death follows in minutes. Our globe has an Arterial Wound… GeoEngineering. Biosphere collapse and our death will follow if this Toxic flow is not cut off.
The solution to pollution is not dilution. The solution is to stop polluting. Green energy does not come from wind mills and dams. It comes from plants and is called photosynthesis. Think large. Think acoustic. Live small.

On my way home this past weekend, I kept thinking of the hives and rashes I was getting on my arms every time I went outside. My doctors and myself thought I was allergic to the suns rays. Turns out, I was outside in 80-90 degree sunny weather and there was NO spraying going on and my skin was fine. That is all I kept thinking about because it happened so much with the rashes. I was so elated that I could be outside and not have any side effects from the sun. There was 3 WHOLE days with no spraying and I was fine. Now, they started spraying again the past few days and I am afraid to step outside with my arms not covered. Sad …
Well, they've been spraying again everyday and I posted a pic of my arm with hives all over it on Twitter.
