Thanks Joe for posting this. The entire book can be downloaded from the Internet Archive. By the way General Butler was approached by wealthy businessmen to form a paramilitary force of veterans to overthrow President Franklin Roosevelt. Butler being an honorable man saw this as treason an revealed the plot to Congress. No one was ever prosecuted for the plot.
