The article continues by stating global climate engineering operations "might exacerbate droughts, increase acid rain, and thin the ozone layer. These unknowns could affect global food production and biodiversity". Like everything that has been and is happening right now in real time? How much longer can the facade continue of climate engineering only being a "proposal"? The damage done is already catastrophic, what will it take to wake the masses? I really don’t mean to be the bearer of bad news on a regular basis, but that’s exactly what the weekly Global Alert News broadcasts are all about, and Dane mentions that frequently to try and bring everyone’s attention to the “wake up call” message that it pretty much signifies.
Well, here is a most important wake up call that I venture no one even knows about. When they talk about the average or normal temperatures, most people think it is a baseline measurement to gauge just how much the temperatures are currently at any given time. In comparison to what they should or could be. That assumption would be incorrect. Especially since they always make sure to report and record the temperatures to the downside, to make you think it’s not as bad as it really is.
However, It's much, much worse.
Me and my family/friends who help me to show The Dimming to new groups of people at least twice a week have discovered that the Earth (Nature) is no longer capable of dropping the temperatures down to below the average or normal temperature anymore without the intervention of chemical ice nucleation operations. And while some people may argue differently, I will explain why we have come to this conclusion. Because this is the direst revelation in the history of humanity, and it could easily seal our fate no matter what we do from this day forward.
(Supposedly the UK experienced one of the coolest summers ever this year compared to their average temperature. But…read on.)
They are lying to the world and the people don’t even know it. The game that they are playing behind the Wilderness of Mirrors is this:
Historical averages and normal temperatures don’t even exist anymore. Even though they make you believe that they play a significant role in determining how much above or below the baseline temperatures are in real time. And that’s the key. Real and present time, not anything you might remember from the past.
Everyone thinks they determine average or normal temperatures by going all the way back to when climate and weather records were first being kept and documented, but that is the farthest from the truth. Average and normal temperatures are determined by what the average temperature for any specific region has been recorded at, over the last three to five years only. Average equals the last five years, and normal equals the last three years. Which is not science but rather propaganda, and you will only find these facts buried deep in climate reports that are usually NEVER published in the matrix media.
I only know this because I have a family member (not from my Native American side) that retired as a professional climatologist and meteorologist in 2019. But even if you ask any meteorologist in a private conversation, they will tell you the truth regarding how they determine average and normal temperatures. They just simply make sure that that knowledge never becomes known to the public in general.
So, what does all this mean exactly?
Over the last three to five years temperatures have been the hottest they have ever been in 800,000 years! So, their definition of average and normal is much, much hotter than what it was… say in the 70s, 80s, or even the 90s. Those days of an average temperature around 56 degrees is now closer to 86 degrees! But hey, we haven’t even broken the 1.5C mark yet. No, you meteorological morons. We have blown past that mark by a million miles, and you make everyone believe that the Earth can still somehow cool itself down at times. When the reality is that we are so far into the Venus Syndrome that normal and average are meaningless words used to pacify people to the very bitter end.
(All the methane being released right now is enough to complete the Venus Syndrome cycle. Because there is no technology that can scrub that gas from the atmosphere, without depleting the oxygen, nitrogen and argon as well, and we need all three to exist as a species.)
When you finally come to terms with the “average and normal illusion”, you are faced with the hard HOT facts (forget cold, it doesn’t exist except in chemical cool-downs) that we will never be able to reverse the effects of the Venus Syndrome, and when the elites think that by ushering in a nuclear winter, that will stop it… who will even still be around to see if it works or doesn’t work?
Because the global elites can’t survive the surface radiation and nuclear plant meltdowns (lasting millions of years), after the atomic apocalypse settles down, and they can do nothing but count down their final days inside their underground crypts.
If they correctly figured in averages and normal going back to the Industrial Revolution. The entire world would know that our destiny is sealed, and Mad Max would become the new norm. That’s why they hide the truth, to make everyone believe that we have until the end of the century to fix global warming. When, as Dane points out every week, we probably don’t even have until the end of this decade.
Live life to the fullest while you still can. Cherish every moment and savor all the happiness that you can find in this ill-gotten world. Because unless a miracle can be found, the heat will make Earth uninhabitable long before we reach the 21st century. That’s a fact and not a conspiracy theory.
When I look into the eyes and see the smiling faces of the children, my heart is shattered. Because I know they have no future and that is on US. We should have done more to protect this world that we borrowed from them. I also see Doctor David Keith and his shit eating smirk and think back to the cruel comments he made about our beloved grandchildren. There are days I wished that man had never been born. But to be honest. How can he even be human?

A week's vacation and I'm back online & no longer unemployed. My question is- 'how do I best move forward & not waste time online?' Distributing awareness materials from this website brings peace a midst the plethora of daily survival duties. The more of that the better.
My wife and I spent the week at the tourist mecca of Iowa known as 'The Great Lakes of Iowa'- Spirit Lake chain of lakes. Surrounded by soy & corn fields this miracle of the glacial epoch became the site of mansions, an amusement park, concerts, museums, nature centers, parks, resorts, & boats. The clearness of lake has significantly improved (less turbidity) thanks to the obvious concerns of all who spend time here.
We had been here 20 years ago. What a Deja Vu experience! Sadly, having finally found the resort where we once stayed, the open field shaded by oaks bordering Lake Okoboji has been wiped out by condos. The field is gone, only a few trees remain.
I'll end on the positive. Yes, when possible, I engaged the locals re: climate engineering. The best Deja Vu came to me as we walked in a nature preserve. When walking along the flowered fields, hundreds of dragon flies graced the scene. That took me back 60 years!
What more can I say. Stay balanced, meet the challenge, never give up!

The CIA has revealed it is funding a scientific study into the potential of geoengineering.
The research will investigate whether techniques such as solar radiation management (SRM) and carbon dioxide removal (CDR) can alter the Earth’s environment, and the project will be run by the National Academy of Sciences (NAS). It will look at the possible costs and environmental and economic effects of geoengineering techniques and will be supervised by environmental scientist Dr. David Keith. A similar study was initiated in 2007, and this new one will follow the same guidelines set forth by Doctor Keith in researching the potential to control weather patterns, through the use of more advanced geoengineering technologies such as Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI), and their potential abilities at minimizing the catastrophic effects of hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, and polar vortex enhanced winter storms. (There’s no mention of heat domes or wildfires, but I’m sure the CIA can be connected to many of them as well.)
There is insurmountable evidence that David Keith is neck deep in climate engineering, and all you have to do is just dig a little deeper into archival records of documents. studies, independent news articles, and buried reports. BTW- The NAS is funded and operated by the federal government. David Keith should be in prison for his actions that are directly related to millions of deaths around the world. And he's not done yet. There will be billions of deaths in the long run. That man makes Hitler, Stalin, and Genghis Khan look like Catholic Nuns!
Hurricane and Storm Manipulation 101.
‘Project Popeye‘ was a weather modifying operation to cause constant rain in an effort to turn all roads into flooded water ways. It was finally admitted by the US Air Force that 2,600 cloud seeding flights were made during the maneuver. (Which by the way, was a tremendous success, contrary to what Rico Two Bit da Vinci said in his YouTube video.)
HAMP (Hurricane Aerosol Micro-Physics) has attempted “to test the effects of aerosols on the structure and intensity of hurricanes” to better understand and predict hurricanes in an effort to diminish their power before they make landfall. (Or, increase their intensity dramatically and in rapid form, as we have observed in recent years.)
In a paper entitled Aerosol Effects and Microstructure on the Intensity of Tropical Cyclones included in the July 2012 Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society, the authors concluded, “We recommend that hurricane reconnaissance and research airplanes are equipped with aerosol and cloud physics instruments and fly patterns that will allow such measurements.”
Also in HAMP's final report, the authors said, “The effects of aerosols should be taken into account in the prediction of TC intensity”, and, “The HAMP hypothesis that the introduction of small aerosol particles into the clouds act as CCN [cloud condensation nuclei] and can weaken the storm intensity is supported.”

“Fifty-two years ago today, US president John F Kennedy announced at the 1961 United Nations General Assembly a proposition to implement schemes that could effectively predict and control global weather patterns. (All of which he intended to be used for peaceful purposes and to save lives.)
The techniques he was proposing had in fact already begun, for in April of the previous year the solar powered TIROS satellite (referred to by LBJ) was launched into orbit from Cape Canaveral on a mission to relay back images of cloud formations. The voyage was reported as a great success and an innovation that “opens up new vistas for weather forecasting and control”.
Advancements in weather forecasting and prediction are common place in everyday life and are often taken for granted. However, the concept of weather manipulation and control is an almost unknown subject. As such, there is very limited knowledge of the extent of geoengineering projects that have been employed in our atmosphere.
Projects such as ‘cloud seeding’ are among the most commonly admitted to, for the effort to either intensify or nullify precipitation in areas of drought or flood by the spraying of silver iodide has the potential to be used for a great amount of good. However, the unknown side of asserting influence on the weather extends far beyond the realms of rainfall and has always been ordained to have military applications.
In 1958, before Kennedy’s speech, the US military announced success in weather modification by sending powerful electromagnetic beams into the upper atmosphere, using ionospheric heaters like the ones used at the HAARP instillation.
The HAARP technology has enormous capabilities for weather manipulation and its development was not prevented by the 1976 UN Weather Weapons Treaty – the Convention on the prohibition of military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques. This defined weather weapons as “environmental modification techniques”, encompassing “any technique for changing – through the deliberate manipulation or natural processes – the dynamics, composition or structure of the Earth.”
This treaty prohibited the hostile use of modification; however, provisions were made if the applications are for “peaceful purposes”. The 1996 USAF document, “Owning the Weather in 2025”, promises are made that “weather-modification can provide battle-pace dominance to a degree never before imagined” – a comment that could be directed towards the ionospheric heating facility, HAARP.”
There are literally hundreds of government documents and reports like this one that openly acknowledges the use of weather modification technologies going back to the 1920s. But we are constantly being told that geoengineering doesn’t exist in real time and in the real world of today. Everyone who served in combat duty during Desert Storm, like me, knows that the military controls the weather as we witnessed it happening firsthand when the Air Force created flooding rains that bogged down the Republican Guard forces just thirty-six hours before the great invasion took place. They’ve come a long way from project Poppey and all of humanity deserves to know the truth.
There are some facts that remain hidden regarding geoengineering, and they are very alarming to say the least. Because it simply follows common sense that the entire program is likely being run by the CIA, and they are capable of ANYTHING. Then you have Raytheon at the top of the climate engineering pyramid, and they have the most sophisticated and advanced weapons systems on the planet. Some would say their technology is almost Alien in origin, and their expertise was behind the pager/two-way radio bomb attacks in Lebanon. They too are capable of anything if you consider how they even design some of their weapons to include women and children as collateral damage. It’s what they call Psychological Warfare and that’s exactly how I view geoengineering. The victims of the remotely detonated explosives never even knew what hit them until it was too late. I think we can easily say the same thing about climate engineering's weather weapons of war. What can we expect next? Remotely detonated chemically nucleated Ice Bombs? Or, bowling ball sized hailstones that are filled with methane gas? I am sure that Ratheon has considered such possibilities.

In my humble opinion which I have gleaned over the past fifteen years or so, they are being told that they are saviors of humanity and of our world. What I don't get is why they, as well as other people close to this issue, don't question this and do the research that we have done to learn the truth. My only answer to this is that military orders are sacrosanct to these individuals and cannot be questioned. I also would not doubt that other measures of mind control might be used including the vaccination frenzy that our military is subject to of who knows what.
I know that when I was in the army during the Vietnam Era, the training provided discouraged "thinking. and fostered fast moving action without thought. I guess that this type of training is necessary for killing other human beings.
I remember a few decades back, before I knew about geoengineering, òthat there was something going around to the effect that was so devastating and frightening that the public could not be informed about it without causing a huge panic that would only add to the problem. Now that I believe that I now know what this big secret is, I agree with the panic notion, though this may be our only option, especially when the people that are hiding this disaster are the ones who have created and perpetuated it.
I also heard from the grapevine that when Trump was asked about geoengineering. he replied that "you don't want to know." Well we do want to know. Kennedy posted on social media that geoengineering is a crime that he will stop. Fortunately, Dane's influence seems to have solidified RFK's stance on this subject. I pray that God's grace will foster a win of the Trump/Kennedy connection that will finally move us in the direction of sanity.

Leticia is a small border town of Colombia which is between Peru and Brazil. They are dealing with the drought stricken Amazon on a daily basis. Leticia Mayor Elquin Uni recently said "the Amazon is drying up." The river fell by 10 meters, [33 feet,] just from June through August.
The receding waters has left a wall of earth. Barges containing food, drinking water and fuel cannot dock in the town. A wooden walkway had to be built from the pier to the water. Much needed supplies now take 2 – 3 months to arrive. People now have to walk 4 hours for medical attention because of a lack of water travel.
Peruvian media reported that you can now walk across the Amazon from the town of Santa Rosa de Yavari, Peru to Leticia. It used to be separated by 800 meters of water.
Mayor Uni said that deforestation is to blame because it reduces humidity and rainfall. Deforestation is certainly a part of the story of the evaporating Amazon. However, as a result of Dane's tireless teachings, we can educate the masses to the elephant in the sky, solar radiation management.
Dane mentioned Hurricane Otis, a blatantly manipulated storm that caused tornado like damage to high rise buildings in Acapulco last year. If THEY can do that to Acapulco, then they can also do it to Miami, Manila, Hong Kong or even Tokyo.
Last night was my 50th time watching “The Dimming” as me and my team presented a free viewing in a high school auditorium to over 1,200 students (from 32 states) attending a national athletics event. The question-and-answer session that followed lasted even longer than the documentary, before the staff finally shut us down. We aren’t allowed to pass out fliers or cards, but the impact of Dane’s film was obvious, as some of them told us it was against school rules to ever bring up the subject of geoengineering. They now know it is not a conspiracy theory and plan to get their parents involved at PTA and city council meetings to try and change the rules.
The TRUTH as we know it to be, regarding geoengineering.
Geoengineering, otherwise known as Climate Engineering; Terraforming of the Earth’s Atmosphere; Solar Radiation Management, Modification or Mitigation (SRM); and Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI) has been used by the U.S. military for at least seventy-five years and most people around the world don’t even know it’s taking place in our once blue skies.
The government, academic, scientific, and meteorological communities claim that it only exists currently in proposals, conspiracy theories, disinformation and misinformation campaigns by radicals who demonize the elites (and governments) and try to blame climate collapse on such nonsensical notions that it is taking place in the atmosphere around the world as we speak.
The government is trying to draw support from the public for the imminent use of geoengineering by claiming that it should be implemented to help reduce the effects of global warming. Until new and reusable safer energy alternatives can be found to replace fossil fuels.
State legislatures are trying to ban the use of geoengineering because there is irrefutable evidence that the soil, air, and waters in each state are being contaminated with the very same elements used in geoengineering patents, and they could only have polluted the environment from aerosols being sprayed into the atmosphere by planes. No other viable source has been found to explain why free form aluminum especially is found in such concentrated amounts in the soil, air and water. The very same form of aluminum not found in nature that has managed to pollute virtually every square inch of the planet’s surface, including the air, oceans, lakes and rivers.
Have I left anything out?
Now let’s cover the proven facts regarding geoengineering.
The documentary “The Dimming” uses a NOAA flying laboratory to sample the air at altitudes of between seventeen and nineteen thousand feet, as it flies directly within induced climate engineering cloud layers of atmospheric particulates (smaller than 70 nanometers) that were injected into the atmosphere by planes flying at altitude earlier in the day. During yet another incident there are cameras aboard another plane that officially documented aerosols being turned on and turned off by a plane flying ahead of them, and the jet engines of the aerosols dispersion plane in question were never once throttled up or down, as it flew a steady course and did not change speed or altitude. Which they could have used to explain the segmentation of the condensation trails but not the distinct on/off creation of trails containing high concentrations of Aluminum and Barium Sulfide, and lesser amounts of toxic elements like Silver, Silicon, Sodium, Calcium, and Potassium. All this evidence was provided by Dane Wigington at an out-of-pocket expense, and the proof he obtained cannot possibly be refuted by any government, academic, scientific, meteorological, or climatological community, department, organization, or agency.
Yet they continue to deny the evidence and proof, while claiming that it is all a conspiracy to fraudulently expose geoengineering operations by the military and government. Simply to bring notoriety, fame, and fortune to those who produced a fictional documentary and lied about the evidence. Simply because they can’t explain their findings otherwise.
Yet the proof of the aluminum, barium and all the other elements (between 40 and 60 nanometers in precipitation events) found in the flying lab results are found in the soil, air, water, rain, snow, sleet, and hail falling to the surface of the planet everywhere around the world, and the government, academia and the scientific community, or even the military, cannot come up with any logical explanation for why they would be there in the first place. Recent lab results have detected graphene, surfactants, polymers, and desiccants as well. All of which should not be there, even with the possible introduction by other forms of anthropogenetic activities are considered. Did I mention Sulfur? Well, that’s in the mix too.
Have I still left anything out? Yes, I have, and now I will cover the rest of this fact-finding essay that will hopefully expose the lies about geoengineering to the entire world.
Because Geoengineering is NOT a proposal to temporarily slow the effects of global warming and buy us thirty to forty more years of time to discover alternative energy sources, or even new technologies to eliminate greenhouse gases from the atmosphere. No, it is the equivalent of an ever-encompassing Nazi Death Camp Gas Chamber, and a Giant Atmospheric Magnifying Glass combined! It is the largest causal factor of our current planetary meltdown and kills more people around the world every year than anything else you could possibly think of, and could easily be described as humanity’s great filter, leading us down the path to our very own extinction.
Here are my reasons for making such bold claims:
Number One: Our skies have gone from a deep blue to a pale shade of white and gray, with only a small hint of blue (over the last seventy-five years). Global warming would not do that as the increase in temperatures would produce more and more rain, and that rain (and towering thunderstorm clouds) would clean the atmosphere of most anthropogenetic pollutants. Only the continuous spraying of aerosols into the atmosphere by planes could possibly diminish our blue skies. There is no other logical explanation for this phenomenon.
Number Two: Greenhouse gases and other forms of anthropogenetic pollution alone would never cause the planet to become so hot, so fast, and all the scientific data, including paleo records going back millions of years proves that to be the case. There is an unknown factor for such rapid warming and all the experts around the world agree to this, yet they continue to avoid the one and only logical causal factor that could possibly answer that conundrum, and that is geoengineering aerosols being sprayed into the atmosphere continuously.
Number Three: Temperatures increase dramatically when dispersed aerosol particulate cirrus clouds form in the atmosphere and they trap heat in at night as well. Without them the planet would not be getting so hot, and we are told that those aerosol clouds are exactly what you would expect
to see, if geoengineering had been deployed into the atmosphere. Condensation trails would never (and never did going back to the invention of flight) produce “only “cirrus clouds, that fan out to cover the entire sky for the entire length of a day. But chemically enhanced aerosols do have that capability.
Number Four: And finally, if you recall all the recent studies published and posted in the media regarding the terraforming of Mars. You know, the ones that suddenly appeared out of nowhere, and then disappeared just as quickly as they emerged. Claiming that aluminum aerosols could be sprayed into the Martian atmosphere to warm the planet from minus eighty-five degrees, to a plus eighty-five degrees, in just a matter of a few short months. Those studies described the exact same process of producing aluminum aerosol particulates as what can be found in the many geoengineering patents currently owned by Raytheon.
There’s one question that I can’t, for the life of me, come up with any rational or logical answer.
Why would governments around the world collude to support a global terraforming initiative that appears to use geoengineering as a means to increase the effects of global warming? Rather than work together with the public sector and use every means possible to slow down or even stop global warming altogether.
Can anyone truly answer that question without concluding that eugenics, population control, and or genocide might just be found in the text of such an elusive answer?
Note: I had a discussion with someone recently who claimed to be a climatologist, and he said my Mars terraforming data was all wrong. He pointed out that they propose using aluminum particulates that are twenty times larger than the ones mentioned in the Raytheon geoengineering patents so that they would have a heat (thermal solar energy) absorption property rather than a heat reflection property.
But when I pointed out that they must have simply changed the size of the particulates in the findings of the Mars studies to deflect any comparison to the particulate size in the Raytheon patents. This person took a few steps back and looked puzzled. Because I also pointed out that the aluminum particles would literally have to be even smaller than 40 nanometers, as the atmosphere on Mars is extremely thin and larger pieces of aluminum would fall out of the sky so fast that they would lose the ability to absorb the heat from the sun in the daytime and trap heat in at night. Plus, the planet is so much farther away from the sun and the solar thermal heat is only a tiny fraction of what comes through our atmosphere. So, my conclusion that the same patented geoengineering process that would likely be used on Mars, only on a much larger scale, is exactly what is heating up the Earth at such a rapid rate, garnered no response from the so-called climatologist. Except for him to roll his eyes back and shake his head, as he looked down at the ground and walked away, while mumbling to himself incoherently. You know, he had that same look that David Keith had when Dane pressed him on the aluminum health issues regarding geoengineering.
I have been keeping track of different weather forecasting apps and TV forecasts in Texas during the months of April and June, and again from August to this day now, September the 21st (meteorological Fall begins on Sunday the 22nd) They are insanely erratic compared to the ones here in South Dakota and they have been for at least the last eighteen years. Why? I will never understand because meteorologists earn much more in Texas than almost any other state, and NOAA has a huge presence in Texas… as does Raytheon. So, you would expect the apps and daily forecasts at the various television news stations to be much more accurate. But they SUCK Horribly!
So, even if the forecast scripts are changing that much from day to day, they still get it wrong about 88% of the time. What is really going on there?
Here is the typical forecast:
“The temperatures will be in the upper nineties for much of the upcoming week but a cold front pushes through just in time for the weekend, and we drop back down into the seventies and low eighties for a few days, before it heats back up again into the nineties.”
But this is what really happens:
The temperatures slowly climb over one-hundred degrees, and by the weekend, it starts pushing the one-hundred-and-ten-degree barrier. And stays that way for the next ten or more days straight. No cold front and no matter what they forecast (rain, cooler temps, etc.) over the next two weeks or more, it never changes from simply the most oppressive heat and humidity that the human body can possibly tolerate.
Then, once Raytheon’s heat dome settles in permanently, it just stays brutally hot for weeks or even months on end. But the meteorologists and weather apps keep on telling their lies of cooler temps and rain… until WHAM! It really does happen, just not when they said it would in their forecasts. Which is exactly what happened over a three stretch in August and again in early September. Then, suddenly out of nowhere, it rains and produces six months’ worth of precipitation in just twelve hours the first week in September. On a day that no rain whatsoever was in the forecast. While every single time they had a 70 to 100% chance of rain, it NEVER rained. It just sprinkled or produced a light mist.
Now, hurricane Beryl did produce flooding rain in Texas but only around the Houston area and the eastern half of Dallas. Everywhere else that the forecasts said it would rain, it just never transpired and now there is no rain in any Texas forecast for at least the next six weeks.
So just why exactly are the meteorologists so inept in their forecasting abilities in Texas? Are they simply pulling in paychecks under the table from Raytheon? Merely following orders and keeping to their scripts, no matter what the weather is in real time or in their forecasts? I mean if their scripts are always wrong, and they can’t even guess what is really going to happen with the weather in Texas. Why bother at all with making any predictions? When they know that Raytheon will change them as they see fit to serve agendas that has nothing to do with helping the people of Texas plan their daily activities. Because the reality is that it will ALWAYS be hot in Texas, with just a few short days of cool relief every few months or so, and a year’s worth of rain could drop out of the sky on any given day. But don’t ever look forward to the rain or cooler temperatures, because Raytheon only passes out their climate candy at the time and place of their choosing.
All of this is the main reason why I chose to relocate anywhere but TEXAS. And, even if I were offered a million dollars to move to Phoenix or anyplace of my choice in Florida. I would tell them to stick that money so far up their… well you know the rest. I love it here in South Dakota and I have no regrets of coming here. Besides, I now have a family again and that means the world to me. Not to mention my family HERE, who I cherish and would do anything to help every one of you. No questions asked. I hope that someday we can all meet and have breakfast together, as we celebrate our victory over the end of a climate engineering nightmare that has plagued this planet for most of a century now.
The Strange Airplanes That Rob The Rain, by Javier Sierra in the magazine ANO/CERO
ANO/CERO is a monthly magazine published in Madrid, Spain and is distributed in Spanish speaking countries. It features an abundance of “fringe” theories and para-normal phenomena. Interesting reading.
This is an English translation of the article written in Spanish.
“More than seven thousand legal complaints have accumulated in the Court of Instruction No. 2 of Soria (a province in south-eastern Spain). They are accusations by the Castellan farmers that claim to have seen how aircraft cut through the sky to “rob the clouds”.They are un-identified apparatus that have operated in this and other parts of Spain for more than a decade (since 1985), and whose purpose is a mystery. Nor the civil authorities, or the military offer responses but – why are they un-known and why are they hidden?”
Cloud Pirates – Do they intend to make Spain a desert?
“A few minutes before 1 o”clock on the afternoon of September 4th 1995 – alerted by the buzz in the air – Felix Lopez – resident of Almazul (a town in the province of Soria) looked up to the peak of Mount Moncayo covered by storm clouds. Unexpectedly – he commented to ANO/CERO – I saw a gray aircraft at high altitude fly into the clouds. This apparatus flew for at least two hours there causing the clouds to dissolve. I called the civil government to notify the military and identify the apparatus – but they did not take action.”
The indignation that underlined the indignation of Felix is understandable. During the last decade (1985-1995), the volume of rain falling over Soria has diminished to almost one-half. The drought has spoiled a great number of harvests and springs in the zone – there is not much abundance. Parallel to this situation – is the interruption in the skies of Soria by strange aircraft that fly inside the cloud nucleus before a storm forms and appear to dissolve the clouds – and the farmers think that there exists a plot to destroy their harvests.
Toribio Isla – President of the “Camara Agraria de Olvega” – believed that some informal organization was responsible for the lack of rain. “Some years ago (prior to 1985) – people from the village of “La Rioja” arrived with land based generators or stoves – launching silver iodide into the atmosphere – with the stated intent of minimizing hail and increasing rainfall. That was when problems with the rain began”. According to Javier Ruiz with the “Servicio de Lucha Antigranizo (Struggle Against Hail Service) from the village of “La Rioja” – these generators were removed in 1985 due to the vocal concerns of the local farmers.
“It all began in 1985” – said Luis Alonso – a retired farmer who is now the president of the “Camara Agraria de Agreda”. “I don’t know who benefits from all of this – but we believe that it is something from the European Union because aircraft fly frequently in this district since our entry into the European Union – and just after that the European Union decided to reduce the production of cereals in our country.” This impression is shared by a great number of farmers, although it is certain that between 1985 and 1993, all types of theories that might explain the presence of aircraft over the crops have been obstructed.”
Editor’s Note: Here is what the civil authorities have to say about the matter.
In the civil government, we are concerned by this situation, explained Albert Lopez of the public affairs department. “We have one-third of the province alarmed, and we know that they have organized scouts to hunt down aircraft, placing at risk the security of flights that perhaps have nothing to do with this problem.” And it is certain. In spite of the fact that since the mid 1980s, we have acknowledged dozens of accusations by farmers of Soria of these aircraft flights, there is no direct proof that link them to the declining levels of rainfall. Nobody has identified the origin nor the purpose of these “phantom aircraft”.
“No airport of the region is responsible for the take-off or landing of these aircraft, while the “Direction General de Aviacion Civil” appears incapable of clarifying the routes or identification of the aircraft. “
“Up to now, I have done everything that I can to clarify this mystery, the Governor Carmen Pereira of Soria confessed to us (ANO/CERO), including the support of the “Mando Aereo de Levante” when we can immediately advise them of the appearance of one of these aircraft – so they can look for it with their radar and intercept it.”
During May 15-17 of 1995 – a special aircraft from the “Direction General de Aviacion Civil” was stationed in the Airport of Garry in Soria ready to pursue the “cloud robbing” aircraft. But neither the storm clouds nor their presumed disintegration appeared during that period. “Here no one supports the notion that the farmers might be lying – said Alberto Lopez (of the civil government) – on the contrary – we are concerned that the better part of the province is almost rising up in arms.”
The more than seven thousand legal complaints have accumulated in the Court of Instruction No. 2 of Soria have been hidden away in some archive. The judge stated that the case can’t be opened due to a lack of an identified defendant.
Editor’s Note: The story continues with the civil authorities minimizing and discounting the accusations, while the farmers were becoming more insistent, irate and pro-active. To summarize the remainder of the article:
In 1993 about 80 villages in the north of Soria teamed up with the “Association Avionetas del Moncayo (AVIMON) to publicly acknowledge many aircraft flights but denounce any alleged harm from what was happening in the sky. From the president of AVIMON: “…to say that an airplane was stopping the rain with some chemical agent is laughable”.
Enter the fray – the National Congress: after much discussion – ultimately denied the possibility of dissolving clouds by any known means.
The minister of Public Works and Transportation: “ Just a natural phenomenon – cloud dispersal due to rising temperatures or the wind.”
Sociologist Jean Bruno-Renard “ a contemporary legend – baseless psychosis caused by a situation like the lack of rain.”
And to paraphrase the meteorologist: Silver Iodide has been used in Spain to mitigate hail and increase rain, but it will not dissipate clouds. To dissipate clouds one would have to heat them up using heat producing exothermic chemicals – which is theoretically possible but impractical in the real world. And any programs involving weather modification – like that of the Russians in the old USSR – could not be kept secret. Nothing to see here folks.
By 1995 the clash between the farmers and the Establishment reached a stalemate – with neither side backing down. Not-so-peaceful demonstrations took place in front of the “Guardia Civil” headquarters and a few weather stations for aircraft weather information were destroyed – but beyond that – nothing. And what has happened since then – don’t know.
Editor’s Conclusion – Once the complaints of the farmers could no longer be ignored – time to “circle the wagons” – and engage the far-too-willing Establishment shills to “debunk”, refute, and explain away the obvious happenings in the sky. Sound familiar?
Back in 1985 when the Spanish farmers first realized what was happening in their skies – did we take notice of our skies here in the good old U.S.of A? We were absolutely clueless – and totally unaware of the controversy stirring in far distant Spain. Fast forward to 2005 – only a glimmer of awareness among the “ fringe” population. Again fast forward to 2024 – The bulk of the population is completely neutralized – unable to look up and see the blatantly obvious nano-particulate dispersions in the sky. But looking on the bright side – plunk yourself down in front of your giant screen TV with an ample supply of pizza, chips, dips, and beer – the game is on – the Denver Broncos, twenty-ten up with two minutes left to play. How thrilling! (Spectator football -the ten-thousandth repetition of the same old razz-ma-dazzma.)
