I first noticed the spraying back in 98 driving wife & kids across town, had Art Bell in the radio. He has guest started in about chemtails, the wife & I looked at each other & laught. Yeah, I was a 25 yr old husband & father homeowner. This was another crack pot. While he was talking. I happened to look up & saw it for myself. Stopped laughing!

So the weather here in far eastern Oregon has chilled dramatically in the past few days. We’ve been having flyovers of C-17 Globemasters and a few CH-47 Chinook helicopters of late, flying low and slow. I took a walk with mans best friend this morning and had polymer fibers hanging from my truck (no they are not spider webs) been hanging for two days now. Any guesses from my awakened friends here as to what’s going on, I have my own theories but always enjoy the input. Thanks Dane, always.
According to news reports out of Portland, National Guard and likely other military forces are being deployed to an Oregon coastal training facility. They are to be deployed in Portland, OR soon, or may already be there. DHS and the War Department announced this would be happening in some US cities. They are being used as “training grounds” according to some. Authorities involved are not divulging any details to the media. Likely something to do with the Federal Govt. shutdown that began Oct. 1st. and other international activities.
My thought is that they’re planning to shut down the I-84 corridor. Baker City parallels I-84 and also has a major train route to the west of town. I tracked the C-17 Globemaster’s on Flightradar 24 and they were coming out of McChord airbase, Tacoma, Washington. The CH-47 Chinook helicopter had the same track but fell off the screen as it was circling the area, disappeared? I looked at my screen and in minutes I had over 14,000 tracking attempts blocked, no that’s not a mistake, 14,000! We also have a small airport just off of I-84 that could accommodate the landing requirement of a C-17 Globemaster, around 5,000 feet. Then again what do I know, I’m just a crazy conspiracy theorist.
The rhetoric used by the “scientific community”, words used to identify all involved in scientific disciplines, regarding the massive amounts of pollutants and toxins in the environment on planet earth places the blame for their destructive effects in humans on “epigenetic factors”. Who engineered the pollutants and toxins used by many industries in the past and those being used by modern industries in the present? The answer is obvious.
They are saying that La Nina is going to bring extreme weather in all of California. Since when does La Nina bring extreme weather events in Ca…I’ve never witnessed that before..
And I’m tired of hearing them say,
“atmospheric river conditions”,it’s stupid..
Last week I began noticing Weird Fog like Dust like particulates hanging close to ground yet not everywhere just random areas next to clear ones. This was on a clear day without much overcast. Dust? Smoke? Fog? What is it? it’s kind of a luminescent transparent fog when driven thru. Have You experienced this?

Five “prescribed burn” areas in Douglas County, OR, started Saturday. Forest “management” they say. Dense smoke all day Sunday. Through the smoke early morning could see aerosol releases overhead. They are not condensation trails. Despite smoke/aerosol dimming cover mixed with scattered clouds it was unusually warm Sunday. 60F this Monday morning at 4am. Toxin filled rain to fall soon mixed with toxin filled smoke as a weather front continues to move in from the NW off of the Pacific Ocean.
Very few reports in mainstream scientific news concerning toxic nano particles in the environment as the cause of many illnesses in humans as well as other biological life. Their emphasis is on PM 2.5s and endotoxins found in bacteria as the main cause. Endotoxins make up only .0001% of bacteria according to scientists so it’s a no-brainer that they are NOT the main cause. Researchers sounded the alarm about nano particulates, be they non-replicating or self-replicating, getting into the environment years ago. Their concerns have been kept out of public view purposefully by the industries built on the use of nano particles that are composed of toxic materials that due to their extremely small size bypass the Blood Brain Barrier (BBB). The information to prove this is available, but as per usual, it’s given little or no “press”. Out of sight, out of the public’s minds!
Excellent report Dane, very impressive. I wrote to Rep. Kevin Kiley a month ago about the dangers here from your reporting, and about Marjorie Taylor Greene’s bill to ban Geoengineering. Have yet to hear from him, and I asked for a response.
I wouldn’t hold my breath for a response back Gregory, then again, maybe for your health you should.
The battle never ends , the lies get bigger, and all the data has disappeared , history is already rewritten.

“We need to be careful about implementing geoengineering proposals before we fully understand what’s going to happen,” said first author Chen Xing, a doctoral student at UCSB’s Bren School of Environmental Science & Management.
Xing and fellow Bren grad student Cali Pfleger were curious how geoengineering might impact marine ecosystems. But understanding this requires an account of their effects on the ocean’s climate cycles, chief among them being the El Niño Southern Oscillation (ENSO).
