Just last week I had a difficult time communicating on the phone with a Los Angeles Police Department Officer. I made a phone call to my local LAPD intended for awareness about a very visible massive chemtrails spraying operation which was going on at the time.

The purpose of the call was to raise awareness of the issue. The exact message conveyed entailed that I wanted to know who to report this form of “suspicious activity” to; what department, if any, and I wanted to know if this particular precinct had an official position on the issue, this type of spraying operation, geoengineering in general or any other type of environmental crimes that take place.

Amazingly, the officer who picked up immediately was annoyed despite my kind request and hung up on me. The officer proceeded to hang up about 4 or 5 times in a row even though I was respectful, expressed concern and urged the officer to take me seriously. On this day the skies in LA had the global government geoengineering graffiti written all over; or, as I call it, ‘Franken-skies’. No one could deny the skies looked weird, scary, strange or not right; depending on how asleep you are in the mainstream media/Hollywood propaganda matrix.

Despite the Franken-skies, tic-tac-toe of the criss-crossing planes, this officer reached for the government Kool-Aid telling me just before hanging up on me that those lines that disfigured the once blue skies (2 hours prior) were “contrails”; then after hanging up several times the young sounding cocky officer actually threatened to arrest me simply for the act of calling the police department.

Now where would a police officer who claims to have detailed reassuring knowledge of the complex geoengineering programs get such a radical idea of arresting me just for calling with concern over the issue? Since when are police officers so sure about a scientific issue that they rationalize it is okay to hang up on someone and even threaten to arrest them? I was thinking to myself, how did it get to this point?

Just then it occurred to me I was dealing with a young, naïve, brainwashed officer who had drunk the mainstream media/Hollywood so-called Government Kool-Aid. I was never going to reach this young officer who had been indoctrinated by TV shows and media to the point of being completely disconnected from reality. I had made several similar calls in the past to other LAPD precincts with much better outcomes and communication, but this particular officer was completely unapproachable.

The solution became clear to me. If I could, I would (and have) recommended (in my own words) that LAPD implement some kind of Police Department ‘Government Kool-Aid’ Screening Test. Yes, a screening test to measure the degree of cognitive normalcy an officer has BEFORE joining the force. More seriously, perhaps we can call it a ‘Reality Aptitude Test’. This can be measured in part by measuring just how much an officer thinks that TV shows are real. Perhaps situations mirroring TV shows can be posed to the officer to see if the officer can distinguish reality from fiction. It would seem to me that all police officers should be able to demonstrate that they know the difference.

The chemtrails spraying problem (debate, issue) has been admitted and/or addressed world-wide at the international level, national level, at the military level, industrial and local levels, had been admitted by U.S. Geoengineers and is a very serious environmental issue. Chemtrails are even admitted by Hollywood’s own History Channel and for any police department to allow a young officer to misrepresent the department in such embarrassing manner, so oblivious of the issue is a shame. Allowing an officer to resort to a knee-jerk intellectually insulting reaction as a result of a phone call from an educated concerned citizen is troubling for both Los Angeles and America in general.

Local police departments must begin to monitor for these types of wide disconnects from reality as a result of TV and mass media, for if police officers with guns are allowed to be that disconnected from reality, how dangerous is that for those who presumably are the ones relying on these same officers for help, ‘safety’ and enforcement of law?

It’s 2013 and I say that no local police department can afford officers too disconnected from reality. I followed up my local action in Los Angeles with a stern letter to the department to look out for officers who are drifting toward delusions like this, for it is these officers who will build a world around them that is so far from reality that some day they become potentially dangerous to themselves or others due to their unpredictability.

We are at a turning point of both historic consciousness and overall political paradigm and the sooner we acknowledge, identify and home in on officers that are living in TV-media land, the sooner these local police departments will have their reputations as well as the confidence of the general public restored.

I’m still waiting for a response from the LAPD precinct involved. In order to force a paradigm shift and continue raising global consciousness about the soon-to-collapse global government and mass corruption we must be able and willing to take on the local police wherever we are.

I believe awakening goes through local and state police amongst other governmental entities and I encourage others to find reasons and issues to challenge and dialogue with local police on. Do it respectfully and remember that not all police understand what is really happening and many of them are still caught up in the matrix. Calling police or approaching them in your own way about any and ALL “suspicious activity” is important to be able to raise awareness of the issues. Find out their position on the issue, and if they don’t have a department that handles that issue, make a suggestion that they appoint a liaison for the issue even if they say it’s out of their jurisdiction or if you think this may be perceived as ridiculous — it’s not.

Also, don’t be surprised to find well-educated officers, too, as some are actually knowledgeable  about what is happening. Remember, this is just another way of raising awareness and pushing consciousness.

Finally, perhaps no coincidence that one week later the LAPD is in the news for committing TV/Hollywood-delusions-like murder of 2 women for seemingly no logical reason. How ironic!
