Hurricane Florence, Geoengineering Mass Destruction And Distraction

Will Hurricane Florence inflict the level of catastrophic damage that is being forecasted? Will the "forecasted" stalling of Florence parallel the Hurricane Harvey scenario to some degree? Or will a last hour change of direction and weakening of the storm diminish some or much of the predicted impacts? In either case, climate engineering is the core part of the equation that is not being acknowledged by any official source. Though nature is increasingly spawning hurricanes / cyclones due to Earth's rapidly warming seas, massive global climate engineering operations (and associated technology) are increasingly able to manipulate and steer such storms. Early on forecasters somehow knew Hurricane Florence would follow a nearly straight line course to a specific region of the US East Coast. How did they know? Because they are reading a script that is passed down to them from up the ladder. A script that ultimately originates from climate engineering contractor Raytheon who does all the modeling for the National Weather Service (NWS) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration NOAA (both government agencies have an illegal federal gag order on them). Weather warfare continues to be ramped up around the world, Hurricane Florence is only one example of hurricane / cyclone manipulation. Super Typhoon Mangkhut is predicted to possibly become the most powerful storm since record keeping began. Mangkhut will impact the Philippines and even Hong Kong. Will US mainstream media even cover this? How many other dire global news issues will be omitted due to the coverage of Hurricane Florence? Is that a part of the agenda being carried out? Cooling Towers, Climate Engineering & Hurricane Harvey, Is There A Connection?

Harvey dropped over 25 TRILLION gallons of water in Texas and Louisiana. The immensity of water volume carried in our warming atmosphere by massive storms like Harvey is truly difficult to even comprehend (over 25 trillion gallons of precipitation). Though power plant cooling towers do create steam clouds under the right conditions, are power plant cooling towers really being covertly used to supply all the moisture for weather systems? Even for hurricanes? Is this even mathematically possible? Deluges and catastrophic floods are increasing all over the globe, what are the primary factors? Numerous activists have requested me to address the facts just mentioned, the 10 minute video below is my reply.
Again, though the water vapor emitted from cooling towers can and does create impressive cloud formations under the right conditions, this is a very different issue than being the primary mechanisms of Earth's atmospheric water vapor generation for fueling storms which is what some are falsely claiming. The primary driver of Earth's hydrological cycle is more evaporation from a warming planet and warming seas (which climate engineering is making worse overall, not better). If power plant cooling towers were a primary (or even significant) source of storm and hurricane moisture, why aren't hurricanes actually forming over land? If "ocean based water vapor machines" are the source of moisture for hurricanes, why has not a single "ocean based water vapor machine" ever been photographed or documented in any way?

Cooling towers
Cooling towers do not add excessive amounts of water vapor to the atmosphere, in fact that form of technology has greatly diminished over the last two decades. Evaporative cooling of water to in turn cool machinery has high maintenance costs, looses expensive water and chemical additives, plus is a potential source of Legionaries disease where in many metropolitan areas monthly testing in mandatory.
Advances in mechanical refrigeration have rendered cooling towers obsolete except in major power plants. New refrigerants that are ozone friendly, which are also up to 25 percent more efficient in their heat exchange capacity, coupled with larger condensers, micro electronic controls, and advances in compressor technology have replaced evaporative cooling towers in nearly all cases of new buildings and as old towers fail they are either eliminated or replaced with closed loop or just more efficient versions such as dry coolers.
Having spent over 30 years designing, installing, repairing and maintaining industrial manufacturing and power generation heating and cooling equipment I can state with complete authority, the argument of cooling towers adding significantly to atmospheric moisture is either misinformed, misinformation, or both.

The sources who claim "power plant cooling towers are supplying all the moisture for clouds and storms" (even hurricanes over the ocean) often refer to patent # US 20100074390 A1 as proof of their claims.
But what is the real purpose of this "vapor generation" patent? The two excerpts below have been taken from the patent in question.
A cloud for blocking sunlight is formed in the sky from the water vapor jetted to reduce the temperature of the earth surface. This enables a weather modification without discharging any greenhouse gas, e.g., CO2.
How much power is required in order for this patent to even be feasable?
Provided that 10 nuclear fusion reactors each of a 1,000,000-Kw class are arranged, for example, vapor of a volume 10-fold that of each of the nuclear fusion reactors
To more completely understand the total irrelevance of the "vapor generator" patent, another statement from Mechanical Engineering / cooling tower contractor Geoffrey Taylor is below:
In this time of environmental crisis, ideas are crucial, but these ideas must be based on even the most rudimentary laws of physics and common sense. This is an absolutely absurd patent? Proposition? Word document???
It's pseudo technical language describes nothing more than using Fusion which doesn't exist yet, a test plant may come on line in 20 years, or a standard fission nuclear power plant to generate water vapor combating the suns rays.
First, water vapor is a poor reflector so using it as a basis for the invention is nonsense.
Second, the amount of energy needed for a global envelope of cloud cover is incalculable. One small hurricane produces 6x10to the 14th watts, 200 times the entire world wide power grid. We would have to build tens of thousands of nuclear power plants to maybe deliver enough power.
Third, to get the steam to the upper atmosphere would require 10 plus thousand feet of pipe 20 foot in diameter. Pushing the weight or "head" of the steam requires more power the higher you go. Water has mass, that is why it falls as rain. As the steam rises into the cooler atmosphere it will cool, condense and run down the pipe.
Next, Alkaline steam…. Boil water and the impurities stay while the water vapor rises, thats pretty basic.
Some sources theorize that hundreds of ships armed with fusion power plants and ten thousand foot smoke stacks will be roaming the ocean as well as countless more nuclear plants covering the globe, with their ten thousand foot stacks don't forget.
So much other nonsense can be easily disputed, common sense people. These are dangerous times, think and act with serious purpose.
Are there any existing facilities that have actually been constructed according to this patents design? None known. To be clear, this patent outlines a potential process to create artificial cloud cover, it does not claim the ability to function as a primary water source for producing precipitation.
The fight to expose and halt the climate engineering assault is the most critical battle we face. If we are to have even the slightest chance of prevailing, credibility is crucial. We must all investigate before coming to conclusions in order to ensure any information we share is actually credible.

These questions are especially puzzling when we consider that the rest of the world has endured record strength cyclones with record frequency during the same period. One of the primary objectives is this, geoengineering / solar radiation management is being utilized to mask the true severity of biosphere and climate damage already done, while inflicting exponentially more damage in the process. Hurricane Matthew, The Latest Example Of Global Weather Warfare Desperation

Hurricane Matthew is about to decimate specific populations that are already struggling to survive. Is this storm being manipulated by the weather/climate modification programs? Though countless anthropogenic factors have contributed to the rapid warming of our planet, there is no question that global climate engineering/weather warfare is a reality and making an already horrific climate scenario far worse. What agendas might the power structure be carrying out by manipulating and/or exacerbating climate chaos over specific regions and during critical windows of time? Is mass distraction from US/NATO fueled Middle East and European mahem one of the objectives being provided by the climate engineers and hurricane "Matthew"? All available data indecates the geoengineers have been actively suppressing cyclones in the Atlantic basin for at least a decade. Why has "Matthew" been at minumum allowed to strengthen? Was the unexpected 90 degree northward turn of this storm a natural occurance? Or was this course alteration the result of geoengineering, ionosphere heaters, and atmospheric aerosol spraying? What other objectives might also be in the balance? There has been an over 11 year hurricane drought in the US regarding major hurricane landfalls and that drought persists. Though many sources tried to claim that Hurricane "Hermine" ended the anomalous hurricane drought for the US, this is not true, as "Hermine" was barely a category 1 hurricane, and even then only for an extremely short period just prior to landfall. "Hermine" DID NOT end the major hurricane landfall drought in the US. How can the US be spared the record major hurricane impacts that are pounding so many locations in other parts of the world? Because the largest military in the world (the US military) is at the head of massive climate intervention programs that are nothing short of weather warfare. Though some might claim that cyclone suppression for the us (that, again, has gone on for over 11 years) is beneficial (and therefore should be embraced), this very suppression contributes to even more overall heat buildup in the climate system and thus eventually even more hurricanes of even greater strength. This must also be considered, ALL forms of climate engineering involve the use of highly toxic materials that quickly descend through the breathable air column and are, therefore, inhaled and absorbed by all life forms.

Again, about hurricane "Matthew", why is it being allowed to strengthen (or possibly even being aumented by the weather makers) when the climate engineers have patented hurricane suppression technology to suppress this storm? There are likely many agendas being carried out with "Matthew"(including providing a timely distraction from the US push toward WWlll), but as already stated, cyclones provide cooling and ocean mixing for our rapidly warming planet. So long as the weather makers can steer this highly destructive cyclone over regions and populations that are not of interest or concern to the US military powers (or over regions where the destruction might even provide opportunities for US military occupations to be carried out under the pretext of "humanitarian aid"), then the cyclones are allowed to spin up and strengthen. The "moisture pump" effect of this cyclone as it is steered northward (while possibly being prevented from making a landfall on the US east coast and thus the military ports based there) will also provide some temporary cooling for the record warm oceans and for the East Coast. But at what cost does the hurricane manipulatioin come in regard to the planet as a whole? As Matthew approaches the US, the bombardment of aerosol spraying occurring over the storm will likely increase dramatically. The climate engineers will likely try to weaken the storm to create the largest expanse of aerosolized sun blocking cloud canopy possible (SRM operations), and, again, possibly to keep the storm from actually making landfall on the US east coast. This being said, in the end, we can't know the full agenda of those behind the levers of power and thus we cannot say with certainty how they will attempt to manipulate this storm in the coming days.
Hurricane Matthew has gone through very anomalous phases where it almost appears to be a twin cyclone on radar images as the core was divided.
"Matthew" has even transitioned through phases where there were actually 3 major zones of convection.

Haiti is a country of immense struggle and crisis, much of it fueled and excacerbated by outside influences. The Haitian people already have good reason to feel angst and anger toward western powers, how much more anger would they feel if they knew about the ongoing climate engineering/weather warfare operations? How many countries around the globe have had to endure engineered climate catastrophes which then led to military occupation under the pretext of "humanitarian aid"? When countries do not cooperate with the agenda of the western power structure, are they then made the victims of weather warfare?
The planet's climate system is aggressively being used as a weapon of war, conquest, and control. Even "gag orders" have now been placed on government weather agencies like NWS and NOAA. Weather warfare is the weapon of choice for the global power brokers, this weapon is used to keep non-submissive countries in line. Hurricane Patricia exploded with an unprecedented increase in intensity that was so rapid computer models could not even follow it, completely "stumping scientists".
The military industrial complex and the criminals that control them always have many agendas being carried out at once. In addition to impacting Mexico (perhaps for its ramped up trade and cooperation with Asia and for utilizing currencies other than the US dollar), the moisture from hurricane "Patricia" is being pumped toward the Northeast where it is being heavily aerosolized and chemically ice nucleated in order to cool down portions of the US. This process is used for engineered winter storms if the temperatures are cold enough. When it is too warm, the process simply cools down the temperatures on the ground as the colder air sinks. Extensive atmospheric moisture is needed in order to produce the engineered cool-downs that have been repeatedly orchestrated over much of the eastern half of the US in recent years. The short term engineered cool-downs come at the cost of a far worsened overall warming. As the planetary meltdown continues to accelerate, the climate engineers are constantly "doubling down" on their climate modification assault of total insanity.
Moisture from "Patricia" will by utilized to cool parts of the US, the consequences are irrelevant to the weather makers.
The brighter white cloud cover that shows up in the combination satellite radar image below is indicative of the most heavily aerosolized cloud cover. This bright white expands out in every direction from any core concentrations of atmospheric moisture. This is the the goal of solar radiation management, to create as much cloud canopy as possible, again, the overall consequences are not relevant for the climate engineers as they carry out a multitude of agendas for their own purposes. Flows of moisture into the western US are being completely aerosolized. This creates hazy white featureless skies over vast outlying areas and can greatly reduce or eliminate precipitation altogether in those areas, further fueling the already epic drought in the US West.
As mentioned, the moisture from "Patricia" has been and continues to be heavily sprayed (saturated) with aerosols. This creates a temporary (and highly toxic) cool-down for portions of the US.
As this moisture migrates over the eastern US in the coming days, the desired temporary cool-down sought by the climate engineers is now forecast to occur as the latest NOAA map below reflects.
The latest NOAA winter outlook map is below. In spite of record warm oceans and record warm temperatures predicted for all regions surrounding the southern US, miraculously, below normal temperatures are predicted for the southern tear of states. Welcome to "engineered winter". Just as the moisture from "Patricia" is being used to temporarily cool regions of the US, the flow of moisture from el nino this winter will be utilized to cool some regions while the rest of the planet descends into meltdown.
The GISS "departure from normal high temperature" map below covers a two year period from 2013 to 2015, clearly, the most anomalously below normal temperature zone in the entire world has been the eastern half of the North American continent. This anomaly is a direct result of constant and extremely aggressive climate engineering.
In regard to the ongoing climate engineering nightmare, it is imperative to remember many agendas are being carried out at once. "This OR that" dichotomous thinking needs to be abandoned, with one exception, there is NO benevolence in regard to the geoengineering/weather warfare insanity, NONE. Geoengineering, Hurricane Manipulation, And Ocean Heat Buildup

Hurricanes (called cyclones in the western Pacific) have been actively and aggressively manipulated for a very long time. The more that the climate engineers hamper Earth's natural life support systems, the more dire our climate and environmental scenarios will become. Hurricanes in the Atlantic basin have been actively suppressed from becoming major circulations since 2006. Major landfall events to the US have been completely suppressed during this same time frame (hurricane Sandy was not a "major" hurricane, though it did do horrific damage). And what about the Gulf of Mexico? In spite of record warm waters, hurricanes have not been forming as conditions indicate they should. Any developing circulation in the Gulf is immediately knocked down and kept in check by the climate engineers. They do not want the sea of BP oil sitting on the bottom of the Gulf to get churned up. There is officially a hurricane "slump" in the Atlantic basin and the weather makers appear to have yet another mild hurricane season scheduled for the US in spite of record warm ocean temperatures. A single large cyclone in the right location of the Gulf would likely again scatter oil all over beaches yet again.
Some hurricanes are allowed to reach damaging intensity if they are going to impact Cuba, Haiti, or other parts of central America where damage can be tolerated or may even be a desired outcome. What about the hurricane season in the eastern Pacific (west of the US)? The 2014 season was the most active in 22 years. The western Pacific (east of Asia) is already off to a record year for cyclones. Massive and continuous cyclones in the western Pacific are wreaking havoc on many nations that are either adversarial to US "interests" or that the US wants to "occupy" by building military bases after it moves in damaged countries under humanitarian pretexts. Are cyclones in the Pacific actually being allowed to strengthen or even being augmented by the weather makers (with ionosphere heaters like HAARP) as a form of weather warfare? Why would we believe otherwise when available data makes clear the technology has existed for decades and has actively been used.
What is all this manipulation doing to the state of the oceans? The extremely rapid buildup of Co2 and methane in the atmosphere is an immense problem for life on Earth. The climate engineering insanity is an even bigger problem overall. The ongoing climate manipulation has prevented the planet from responding to the damage being done from other forms of anthropogenic activity while at the same time geoengineering programs themselves have added exponentially to the overall damage to the climate and atmosphere from countless directions. Earth's oceans are warming at the thermal energy release rate of 4 Hiroshima bombs per second, the warming is occurring so rapidly the records keep breaking the existing charts. The more man interferes with the life support systems of the planet, the less our chances of survival will be. Earth's oceans are dying along with the rest of the biosphere. Pacific Hurricane Blown Apart By The Climate Engineers
Though some may think that the obliteration of a hurricane is an act of benevolence, it is only a demonstration of power by the power brokers. Many in Hawaii, including officials, have been pushing back against the climate engineering programs. Was hurricane Iselle initially aimed at the big island as a warning? Was Iselle then blown apart at the last moment to make clear that the weather makers can turn destruction on and off at will? We cannot know the answer to these questions, but it is certain that the very rapid and complete disintegration of this hurricane just before it made landfall is extremely anomalous. There are patented processes and materials specifically for hurricane suppression, the US government has repeatedly stated its interest in hurricane manipulation, why should we doubt that such manipulation is reality? Maui: flash drought and anomalous 85 MPH winds perfectly timed to create an unprecedented inferno. "Maui experienced a two-category increase in drought severity in just three weeks from May to June, with that rapid intensification fitting the definition of a flash drought" (ABC news). "Even in the past week there's been a quick acceleration of that drought", said University of Virginia hydrologist Venkat Lakshmi (ABC news). "Flash droughts occur when the rain stops and it gets so hot that the atmosphere literally sucks moisture out of the ground and plants, making them more likely to catch fire (ABC news). "Major differences in air pressure drove unusually strong trade winds that fanned the destructive flames, according to meteorologists" (ABC news). An anomalously powerful clockwise rotating high pressure zone north of Hawaii combined with the anomalously resilient counter clockwise rotating Hurricane Dora south of Hawaii to create a surface level wind tunnel effect over Maui. Was the convergence of all these conditions just coincidence? Just random acts of nature? Or is there much more to the story that we are not being told?
