Exclusive: Chuck Norris sees signs of 'geo-engineering government cover-up'

The smoking gun is definitely still smoking. CIA Director John Brennan shot another round of evidence in the proof that our government is involved in climate intervention or weather warfare.
In June, CIA director John Brennan gave a historical speech to the Council on Foreign Relations, confessing something few thought they would ever hear.
To set the context, Brennan’s speech addressed threats to national and global security, cyber attacks, hacking, as well as biological warfare and other potential threats. But what caught listening ears and raised eyebrows was Brennan’s lengthy discussion about geo-engineering – intentional climate intervention via operations like atmospheric aerosol spraying or injections.
Liberals defended Brennan’s big government speech by explaining that he didn’t actually say the feds were presently engaging in geo-engineering. The truth is, he would have been foolish to do so because, as you’ll learn, many eminent scientists have warned Washington about the extreme dangers of climate intervention, not to mention the public outcry would be massive.
Brennan spoke at length about the future use of geo-engineering. And if you listen carefully to his words, you can even hear innuendos of a government that has already tested its effectiveness. How else could he be so confident of its utility?
Brennan explained:
Another example is the array of technologies, often referred to collectively as geoengineering, that potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change. One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric aerosol injection, or SAI: a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun’s heat in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do.
An SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures, and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. This process is also relatively inexpensive. The National Research Council estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10 billion yearly.
As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would also raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community. On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.
On the geopolitical side, the technology’s potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions of the world at the expense of other regions could trigger sharp opposition by some nations. Others might seize on SAI’s benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions. And as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI and other geoengineering initiatives.

What is striking but not surprising is the missing link in Brennan’s “challenges”: namely, climate intervention’s threat to humans and other life on earth. Outside of the many adverse and consequential environmental affects of seeding the stratosphere, which we will hear about from renowned scientists in my next column, there is the toxic fallout of particles upon human life. Or does the Obama administration really think that injecting sulfate aerosol precursors and designed nanoparticles into the stratosphere will not result in grave health effects when they literally rain down upon us?
The U.S. government’s National Center for Biotechnology Information, or NCBI, just released a report in January 2016 regarding “Assessing the direct occupational and public health impacts of solar radiation management with stratospheric aerosols.” In the report, it describes “the potential direct occupational and public health impacts of exposures to aerosols likely to be used for SRM [Solar Radiation Management], including environmental sulfates, black carbon, metallic aluminum, and aluminum oxide aerosols.”
The NCBI concluded: “Our analysis suggests that adverse public health impacts may reasonably be expected from SRM via deployment of stratospheric aerosols. Little is known about the toxicity of some likely candidate aerosols, and there is no consensus regarding acceptable levels for public exposure to these materials. There is also little infrastructure in place to evaluate potential public health impacts in the event that stratospheric aerosols are deployed for solar radiation management.”
Did anyone pass this health report to CIA Director John Brennan?
Let’s be clear about at least one thing: Despite that those on the right and the left (including our president) have denied the government’s use of stratospheric aerosol spraying in the past, chemtrailing just collapsed as conspiracy. The climate cat is now out of the bag!
But President Obama already told us this was coming, or has come.
Back in February 2013, Obama warned Capitol Hill: “If Congress won’t act soon [on climate change] to protect future generations, I will. I will direct my Cabinet to come up with executive actions we can take, now and in the future. …”
In January 2015, he repeated his threat: “If we do not act forcefully, we’ll continue to see rising oceans, longer, hotter heat waves, dangerous droughts and floods, and massive disruptions that can trigger greater migration, conflict, and hunger around the globe. The Pentagon says that climate change poses immediate risks to our national security. We should act like it.”
No wonder Obama said about himself, “Call me the rainmaker.”
But no one ever told us that the rain coming down upon us would be toxic!
And where is the “Environmental Protection Agency” when we need it? It is in the stratospheric aerosol injection bed with the rest of the administration!
The question is: Is there hard evidence for a government cover-up of its already-active stratospheric aerosol injection program?

New chemicals linked to diabetes or obesity?
A Chinese study found that aluminum, titanium, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, selenium, rubidium, strontium, molybdenum, cadmium, antimony, barium, tungsten and lead were all associated with diabetes, fasting glucose levels, or impaired fasting glucose (Feng et al. 2015). Also in Chinese adults, nickel has been associated with type 2 diabetes, higher fasting glucose, higher average glucose (HbA1c), higher insulin levels, and increased insulin resistance (Liu et al. 2015). While nickel may be a new chemical now linked to diabetes, there are also reasons to be cautious in interpreting the results of this study. For example, diabetes affects urine, and the researchers measured nickel in urine, thus the diabetes may affect nickel levels (instead of the other way around). The authors did not address whether arsenic or cadmium could have affected the results. The source of nickel is also an issue– nickel exposure can result from air pollution, which is also linked to diabetes. In any case, it will be important to look for new chemicals such as nickel and further evaluate them to see if they are really linked to diabetes or not (Kuo and Navas-Acien 2015).
Tungsten is another chemicals that appears to promote the development of fat cells in mice, although it depends on sex and age of the mice (Bolt et al. 2016).
In addition, in U.S. adults, cobalt, cesium, molybden, manganese, lead, tin, antimony, and tungsten (but not mercury) were associated with higher blood pressure, a component of metabolic syndrome (Shiue 2014a; Shiue 2014b).
Body weight
Since deficiencies of essential metals are known to affect weight, it is possible that toxic metals could contribute to weight gain or loss as well. Some researchers have found associations between various metals and body mass index (BMI) / waist circumference (WC) in a study of U.S. residents. Higher levels of barium and thallium were associated with higher BMI/WC, while cadmium, lead, cobalt and cesium were associated with lower BMI/WC (Padilla et al. 2010). In U.S. adults, those who had a higher BMI had lower levels of mercury in their blood (the opposite of what animal studies have found). The authors suggest that obesity may affect the metabolism, distribution, or excretion of mercury in the body (Rothenberg et al. 2015). In Polish men with metabolic syndrome, various metals were associated with various measurements– too many to list here– but in general, magnesium seemed to be protective while manganese, chromium, and selenium may intensify metabolic syndrome (Rotter et al. 2015). And, overweight/obese women were found to have a high prevalence of nickel allergy. Many successfully lost weight on a low-nickel diet (Lusi et al. 2015).
I think it's time we all copied and pasted this and sent copies to Dr. McNutt, David Keith and Ken Caldeira. They need to know about the epidemics that their diabolical ideas re spraying us with toxic metals are breeding. If these guys own stock in pharmaceutical companies that produce drugs that cope with diabetes, we know they're out to clean up.
Dennie, Thank you! This is fascinating. The women I know with metal allergies and also with weight, both long time and since having children so far do not have diabetes nor are pre-diabetic. And, at least in my daughter's case, not nickel. She and so many others cannot wear any metal unless gold or pure silver except for one friend who cannot wear any of those at all ever! This drives me nuts, in terms of not understanding the why of it. I once taped a nickel to my daughter's wrist to see what happened. Nothing did. Perhaps that is not a valid test but I used to work for a small jewelry store, old and custom stuff, and this was something we did. But, that still leaves the question of what metal, and I had no idea of this being associated with weight (BMI). And I have no idea what a low nickel diet would be, but it does give me multiple ways to investigate and ideas. So interesting. And kind of obscure!

Yes I noticed yesterday evening the first evidence of spraying in two weeks in the Salem Oregon , and this morning they're back at it in force .It seems to disperse faster into horsetail like masses as though the recipe has been tweaked for less obvious detection. I also saw spraying in Washington State in the evening above a very thick unusual looking mass of clouds that prevailed last Tuesday evening . A glimpse opened in the clouds layer as I drove up I5 to reveal the spraying over Washington . Until now I was hopeful Kate Brown or someone of authority and good sense had put an end to spraying here before it all began again….
We are sprayed daily, very few days I do not see the bastards over head. I am in PA and we have been found to be one of the most heavily sprayed areas in the state. This is criminal and it needs to be stopped.

Thing is, I thought this sort of thing was already part of what they are up to in their efforts to "play" with the ionosphere. I thought what they are doing Now was to facilitate, in large part, communications. It implies it could limit radio communications for the rest of us and that also does not sound good. But, altogether intriguing with the mention of strengthening the ionosphere against solar storm impacts. No doubt Susan will find out, but my whistle is wetted and so off to research this. Thank you!

I believe the Navy has been dropping these plasma bombs to release ions for their communications systems here on the Olympic Peninsula WA for months, because I haven't seen a plane for ages. I see the chemical sprays appearing the sky, and spreading in their usual wispy-filmy milky-glass insidious way – improved dispersion rates. But no planes, no noise nothing. In fact yesterday was the first time I saw one 'normal' plane spraying the thick plumes across the sky here. But the rest happens in silence, invisible. I had read about these 'tiny' satellite technologies, but had no way to prove this in my sky. I have often seen trails being laid by planes with 'cloaked' chaff technology. But this recent dispersion appears different to me. I know they are rapidly advancing these plasma technologies. We are being inundated here today. My throat is irritated. They must be afraid of the melting in the Arctic & Greenland.

I think we should all be trying to get through to the firefighters around the world. Once they are aware of why the trees are so flammable and how it's all being manipulated, they will hit the roof, and join forces with the other firefighters around the world. In Nova Scotia, they're suspecting that the fires were arson. In Northern and Central Ontario, those trees are like brittle sticks. Quite a bit like that in Manitoba, as well. I've seen it with my own eyes, as many of us have seen it, all around the world. You see where this is going. No trees:no oxygen. We have to do something; fast. They know how hot the fires have been and they've seen first hand new stuff like fire tornados. These heroes put their lives on the line everyday and could testify. Just talked to the summer run fish count divers today as they floated by with their snorkels along the Southfork of the Trinity River. They said that they only counted two Chinook Salmon in the whole stretch they did today which covered several miles. They seemed sad and surprised at how low the count was and said it was the worst they had seen. This conversation took place as softball sized 'baby shit' chunks of algae floated by us. We got home from swimming and my daughter ran up saying, "smell my hair daddy, it stinks like dead fish". Sure enough it did and I made both kids take a shower. This is the worst algae bloom I have seen in my 30 summers here. It's so gross that we try to swim in the smaller, cleaner, colder tributaries. You can really see the devastation of the drought along this one of the last un-dammed wild and scenic rivers. I'm afraid that if this drought keeps up, the Salmon and Stealhead species that have run this river for thousands of years might just stop………..Nothing is Sacred to this evil.

I just witnessed an airline plane over LakeNorman, NC on approach to Charlotte International with only the right sprayer on light spray not the usual heavy duty fatty. Low flying carbon clouds are floating east to west against a hazy blue background. Sneaky dogs not so sneaky to the awake observers looking UP.
I live in SW Kansas about 30 miles East of Wichita. I have noticed, as have others. that the long white trails are not as prevalent as in the past. However, there are many strange appearing clouds and combinations of cloud types that one would think were mutually exclusive. I believe that the mention in GEW of less obvious spray compound(s) that are less reflective than that causing the white trails is the reason for this. I also have difficulty making the great unwashed understand the problem. Kudos to Dane, the lawyers, and folks like Chuck Norris with the fortitude to spread some truth.
In going over my extensive research of Dr. McNutt, I find I missed some thing in my scribbled notes from hell, which is that she was brought into the NAS in 2005, serving on more than 30 committees and boards. At some point, she was the science advisor to the US Secretary of the Interior. Given this, I feel it is safe to say the woman knows, fully aware, of geoengineering. Kiss any hopes of her speaking out goodbye.
I've recently read the background of Jeffrey Sterling, a lawyer and a black man who entered the CIA, eventually bringing charges against them for racial discrimination and fired. He returned to his home state of Missouri, got work, fell in love, then in 2011 the Feds swooped in and took his computers and papers. Four years later he was charged under the Espionage Act and now at age 47 is serving 3 and 1/2 years prison time. This due to something he related to James Risen of the NY Times. And really, a very minor thing. Having to do with our invasion of Iraq and Iran's lack of nuclear capabilities. He is "small potatoes". I am quite sure that McNutt, at 64, would not do anything to risk that. The NAS seems to be directly under the control of the CIA. There is much talk of the NAS getting all the funding at the expense of science and the NSF.
To check out Sterling's case, which came to me via Roots Action, previously written about by many news papers, the review I visited was by Norman Solomon of The Nation. Keep in mind that Obama has come down harder on "whistle blowers" than any president ever and that this is not likely to change. We are in one tight place from which I see no escape. I had a little nervous breakdown last night. I just can't stand it . So I'm off to take care of critters and yard and things I've been ignoring including the people in my life in order to find some balance.

I know what you mean about "a little nervous breakdown" Every time I find myself in that place I direct my energy and focus outward, expressing ….instead being depressed. My garden wears me out but I have to keep working on it now that it is illegal to know if food is GMO. The planted area equals about 200 square feet and I recently read that we'd need 20,000 square feet to have food enough for a year. It keeps me sane tending the plants but I'd be dead trying to keep up on more than this. Take care of you and your critters and plants. None of us are any help if we are lying on the ground in despair.

TOMBOLA, I'm stumped by the photo you presented. Now there's a weapon of MASS destruction if I ever saw one, (which I haven't). The comment on the website said it looked like a mushroom cloud from a bomb. Pretty close there, only it's moving in reverse and raining god knows how hard where that picture was taken. I'm fairly certain "they" have improved the dissipation rate of "their" SAI/SRM. I've also noticed that "their" HAARP type systems get more fancy all the time. I've seen skies like I've NEVER seen before, and I've been around and looking up since I was a kid, a million years ago. On a side note. I've noticed in just the past 2 years that the HAARP effects in my sky have become "more complex". Don't know how else to put it. Parallel lines abound on most days. When you can see as far as I do on any given day, you notice these things. Sometimes I feel like the frog in the pot of heating up water. Notes from Houston….. During the past week we had 2-3 days of fairly clear skies: no obvious spraying, no obvious Chem-Clouds etcetera. On these few days one could actually appreciate the blue sky. Yes there was a slight milky haze from past spraying but still, it was refreshing to see a mostly blue sky. Of course that did not last. Chem-Clouds were back in full force. Today was even worse as the sky had a thick coat of their "toxic brew." I like the description from Michel B in Australia as it fits this madness well.

No trails here for weeks until today, it was just one trail over a remote area where I live. What goes through my mind, "what is the purpose of just one trail?"
Hello POW, spraying is still going on at some level in almost all locations, but in many cases it can be much more covert depending on atmospheric conditions and the level of the operation. Any bright trail you see behind a jet is in all likelyhood a sprayed dispersion, the short bright trails are especially prevelant with the heat of summer. We have film footage of the shorter trails being turned on and off, this is not condensation. If your skies appear silvery white, especially looking toward sunrise or sunset, then the air is full of particulates. The horizon to horizon trails are only one aspect of the climate engineering insanity.
POW: Funny you should mention that. I too saw the same short trail. Maybe it was one and the same "sighting." Mendocino is not too far from your area. There have been no jets spraying the obvious for many weeks. But, I note the white amorphous haze is creating a white fluorescence that is more than obvious around morning and afternoon.
"It's" still here– the white haze is pretty thick today and I can taste the air inside my house in Marin County– WHEN will this EVER end???
That's right anonymous person. As I've wrote since this website has been up, we here in S.W. New Mexico USA are hammered as our rain clouds. It's been about 13 years when my eyes were opened up viewing "Aerosol Crimes", and "Chemtrails" the dvd through Clifford Carnicom. Something has to give here in this country for starters, all Hell will break loose.
Well we here in the western mountains of NorCal seemed to be off the micro dust except for yesterday the 9th. I saw two tankers go over that were spraying the trails that dissipate 10-12 inches behind them. They seemed a bit more discreet, as though they were trying to fly between the rural towns up here. The westerly winds blew this feathery shaped muck over us shortly after. Got pictures. I watch military cargo jets fly over every day, all day, they refuel right above our town, nose to tail. The point being is there is never anything and I mean nothing coming out of the engines of these jets. Sometimes it takes me upwards of 30 seconds after I here them to even spot them. Sometimes I can't spot them and they just rumble away. I have seen some that look next to invisible up there with their underbellies painted blue. I have seen jets flying side by side at same altitude one spraying and one not. I have been driving up I-5 and seen them flip the sprayers on over Williams, CA. billowing northward over Redding. On a nice deep blue clear day, which are very few and far between, I look at people and say, "Well it looks like no ones flying to the north pole today". Light bulb, light bulb, flicker, flicker. Truth in Trinity.

NASA Map Shows Large Portions of Greenland are Melting from Below / Robert Scribbler Aug. 9, 2016
During recent years, as human fossil-fuel emissions have forced the Earth to warm, observations of Greenland’s surface has indicated a rising rate of melt. What has been less well-observed is melt rates beneath the ice and near the ice base. This is important because the pooling of water beneath the great ice sheet can help speed its movement toward ocean outlets, along with accumulating heat at the base of the ice — which can also quicken the pace of overall melt.
A new scientific study headed by NASA researchers has developed one of the first comprehensive maps of melt along Greenland’s basal zone, where the ice contacts the ground surface. What they have found is that large portions of Greenland are melting from below:

They've been droughting out the east coast (Canada) for several weeks now. Now there are forest fires and pollution warnings. Are they going for another Fort McMurray situation? So terrible.

Feel so bad about the Fort McMurray holocaust and what went down there including all these crimes against humanity ,nature and wildlife which "they" are perpetuating and continued to allow by deniers, liars and cowards. Here in Saskatchewan Canada today, am experiencing very irritated esophagus, lots of choking coughing going on, trying to clear throat. Last evening I definitely noticed an aerosol spray trail above clouds, likely creating their own clouds, hiding their mess is what I figure. (was only 30% humidity at the time so go ahead and factor that in) Today after rain it's almost impossible for normal breathing at least for me but am noticing others trying to clear their throats too. Lately it always seems worse after the rain. So my take on it is the toxic aerosols they are spraying down are covertly created, targeted and timed now for post maximum effect. Looked like haarp frequency lined up cirrus washed out clouds as mentioned by others here. Got air purification on almost all the time and now the N100 particulate mask and am breathing more like normal thank God. Worked in healthcare for many years and have no allergies , always kept fit and healthy so I feel like the canary in the coalmine. We have all hit a new low when we can't produce our own food sources. I tried organic gardening this year with heirloom seeds and filtered water. All my plants died with no crop yield. It is the air we all are breathing including the high UV levels baking us all. We all are dying fast unless this weather warfare of toxic chemicals stops now. .
Frank, my potted plants did worse when I used filtered water. My guess is that filtered water will have almost no dissolved minerals and thus the aluminized soil gets even more unbalanced. Use calcium sulfate as a soil amendment, I use it whenever I see signs of no growth. Good, clean wood ashes seem to help also.

Here on the East coast of Australia we have seen the sky change over the years at one stage massive trails from north to south then they started with the stop go type trails, now we see this stuff just appear like out of no where hard to explain what it looks like. Then on other days it's a trail that lasts for minutes then gone yet sort of not gone. One thing I have noticed on the radar weather site we call the BOM is that you get this mass of cloud that shots across Australia from the West at amazing speed, that's when you know the chemtrails will appear. Maybe they charge the air off the coast of WA which makes the planes react with it, don't know. Problem I have is I can count on one hand the amount of people I can talk to about this with. I have so called friends that call them selves scientests, greenys, leftys, community minded yet they can not talk to me about something that they know I am concered about. It makes me mad and makes me feel isilated.
Just saw the trailer for the new Tom Hanks movie, 'A Hologram For The King'. Seconds into it is shown a plane flying over middle eastern desert with two trails coming out of the tips of the small wings on the tail of the plane, possibly digitally placed when editing the movie. This is NORMALISING, folks. A couple of seconds of the image they want to imprint on your brain, so that the unaware will unconsciously learn to think it is normal.
Hollywood is complicit with this agenda of mis-education. It is a propaganda machine. A lot of comments about a lack of aerosol spraying in the skies. I'm on the north side of lake Erie and I noticed the same thing . My first thought was , now what are they up to , but no , here they come again .They just took a couple of days off from their delivery of doom .They seem to have developed some different techniques with their spraying . A lot of puffy but flat bottom clouds in the sky yesterday , then a small trail was left . My wife and myself watched a little puffy flat bottom cloud at the end of a small con trail quadruple in about two minutes . The following day they unleashed a classic apocalyptic aerosol attack in our sky. The sunset looked like hell on earth .

Dane and ALL, I think I'm on to something over here. I work outside "most" of the time. I live in between two designated military "practice zones" One for Army helicopters(ya what ever) and the other for electro magetic warfare "testing". I am soooo tired of those noisy growlers! Today I had an "Ah Ha!" moment. I've been seeking how "they" are still spraying us like bugs and us not seeing it. We are no dummies here. So here's what I saw and heard, I could hear a high flying tanker, (I know the sound oh to well), I finally located it in the sky right as it was directly over head. I noticed a cloud like formation under it's belly that seemed to travel along with it. There was no trail behind the tanker. I thought my vision was fooling me. So I blinked, cleared my eyes and looked again. The cloud under the belly of the tanker was still there. I got out my binoculars out of the truck and by the time I located the tanker it was much further away. But I thought I saw the cloud under the belly of the tanker. And it was gone…. I set my binoculars on the seat of my truck and went back to work. 3 or 4 minutes later, another tanker was heard and I found it sooner than over head. I grabbed my binoculars and leaned again my truck, (so I wouldn't shake so much), and I found it!! There that tanker was in "our" sky! With a cloud following it's underbelly. I got a good close up look this time. Sure enough, a cloud that was about 1.5 times the size of the tanker. No trail, nothing visual beyond the cloud itself that followed the under belly of the tanker. Then! Along came another tanker, about 4 minutes later, displaying the quickly dispersing trail(the classic 4 streamer) we all know so well. All 3 tankers flew along the exact same flight path. An hour later, Voila! The ever lasting crap in the sky we all have come to know. It was as if it appeared out of no where. So, about that cloud. It's just a matter of "simple" physics. If you want to spray without a jet stream of dispersal. Increase the size of the nozzle and or put more nozzles in line for dispersal. And maybe putting them in an area that is not in line with the engines would help cut down the transparency of the spraying. Also, I believe the evaporative solution of the "agents" in the spraying have been enhanced. The tankers today were at an elevation and sound level that would not be detected in an "urban" environment. To much back ground noise there. And not enough extended view to see the "cloud" under the tanker that I saw today.

No obvious aerosol spraying in my area of Mendocino County, California. The sky/atmosphere was more white and glowing flourescent yesterday. Around early afternoon the wispy fingers of microwave-feathered freak cirrus clouds began to show up on the northern horizon. This collection of radio frequency zapped fakery moved south leaving behind an even whiter atmosphere. Not lines or 'ribs' in it as normally seen with SRM but a foggy looking mist. A deviation from normal SRM methods. 1) reversing the dire economic situations facing the world ie abolish the central banks AND their practice of monetary expansion called 'Fractional Reserve Banking'
2) improving the education standards around the world which are falling everywhere ie get rid of 'Common Core' ('Communist Core' more like it) and learning from manuals as the main tenet of syllabus. Go back to the classics for starters
3) abolish GMO heavy weights such as Monsanto and Syngenta, etc and promote natural forms of agriculture
4) improve health and sanitation in those countries that need it. This alone would deal with the spread of disease that kills many, even as I write this
5) promote good diet, exercise and the avoidance of processed junk food as a basis of health (remember Hippocrates?). eg expose sugar and High Fructose Corn Sugar for the poisons that they are.
6) promote opportunity and security for all (not from ISIS but from our own tyrannical governments)
7) promote the good use of science and technology for the good of all the earth's inhabitants ie 'alternative' energies to become 'mainstream' energies
8) abolish tyrannical forms of government and promote more public activity in their own political processes
9) dismantling the military industrial complex and putting the money, effort and resources instead into building better societies

Are you aware of the term "Geoengineering" or "Solar Radiation Management" (SRM)? If not you should look into it. SRM is highly toxic too all life on earth, including humans.
SRM is accomplished by using aircraft to spray very fine metalic particles, nano aluminum oxide being one, into the atmosphere to help reflect sunlight back into space in an attempt to cool the planet. This particulate is coming back down to the surface of the earth and all living things are breathing it in with negative health impacts.

From 7,000-8,000 feet up it can tell if a healthy tree will be dead next year and apparently most will be. It can actually measure the water content in each tree! This flight for this reporter went from southern CA up to Tahoe. Almost every single tree dead. It said the northern part of the state was faring better somewhat. The scientist manning it all is Greg Asner. He was shocked as "a scientist and a naturalist". He kept saying due to drought. But noted how whatever is killing all the trees seems to be moving up to higher elevations and includes all sorts of trees. He wondered aloud at one point: "Is it a drought or is it a mega-shift?" I wanted to scream the answer.
Yes we've had some apparently blue skies in Berkeley and even a warmish day yesterday. I mean I am longing for heat! The trees around town are putting on their fall colors. And one fell down last night two houses away from me. Crack, crack, CRUNCH! Anomalies are staggering. Across the street, a neighbor's patch of corn only started tasseling about two weeks ago and is now so tall it is much higher than his roof! My daughter saw from Lodi endless 18 wheelers, like train cars, one after the other for miles, each full up to brim with tomatoes from the valley headed south. I'm eating organic blueberries now. Regarding the various comments coming in that spraying seems to have lessened or that "something" has changed, in St. Louis, Mo. not much has changed. I consistently see short AND long trails every day. And the evidence of HAARP manipulation (or some other technology) is frequently evident. Yesterday I observed that the clouds over St. Louis were as chaotic and incoherent as anything I have EVER seen. Weird, long wispy arcs and smears, right next to more traditional looking "cumulus" or puffy white clouds, layers of completely disassociated cloud types, many of them looking unlike anything you'll ever find in an meteorological textbook. Absolute incoherence! And of course, skillfully interspersed across this schizophrenic mess were the usual long trails, broadening out laterally, and occasional short trails spat out hither, thither and yon. Yesterday I actually witnessed over my house a jet piss out a short trail, about 2 inches long at arm's length, with abrupt cuts at both ends. Maybe just "blowing out the lines"? Perhaps we cannot know, but I am of the opinion that these jets are NOT entirely remote controlled. I'm certain there are (presumably) human beings flying them, though I'll concede they may be on an "auto-pilot" kind of technology, which may even control the dispersions, too. In any event, regardless of what people are seeing elsewhere, here in Missouri not alot has changed. Yes, there have been stretches in the past when it appeared as though virtually ALL spraying had been interrupted for a time. I confess, it did have a psychological effect on me, and made me (erroneously) conclude that maybe, just maybe they'd done what they wanted to do and were now gonna cease and desist indefinitely. But alas, the guttertrash would always resume their activities. Minimizing dispersions in one region for a period of days or weeks is likely nothing more or less than part of a "bigger-picture" weather manipulation, or perhaps something even more covert and sinister. Hi Marc, yes the "new" clouds are so fake; thin and flat, whispy and striated. They look so alien compared to natural cumulus clouds. i noticed a lot of comments about lack of spraying recently and the same goes here in erie, pa. i've noticed for a few weeks now little to no trails which is really unusual. i'd like to breath a sigh of relief but it scares me of what's to come. we've had little to no trails (at least during the day) and higher temperatures this summer than we've had in a long time.
Hello Sue, spraying is still going on at some level in almost all locations, but in many cases it can be much more covert depending on atmospheric conditions and the level of the operation. Any bright trail you see behind a jet is in all likelyhood a sprayed dispersion, the short bright trails are especially prevelant with the heat of summer. We have film footage of the shorter trails being turned on and off, this is not condensation. If your skies appear silvery white, especially looking toward sunrise or sunset, then the air is full of particulates. The horizon to horizon trails are only one aspect of the climate engineering insanity.
Little has changed in the UK. We still get the full variety of spraying, much like Marc describes in St Louis. Just now and again, for maybe a week or so, there will be no obvious trailing but the lulls never last any longer and then the jets will then return in force. Once it resumes, the aerosol spraying happens on most days and this may last for weeks or even months.

Hi Susan, I posted about seeing clouds like this maybe one month or more ago from Berkeley, over Berkeley. My daughter and I were uptown by Pedro's Brazil shack and I was waiting in the shade behind some tall-ish buildings. I looked up and was stunned to see this and it grew and grew, seemingly advancing. We were very close to the university. I did not know how to describe them but for looking like squished together little puff balls that morphed larger and larger, wider and wider in scope not in size of individual puffs, just stunningly weird. Given your photos and around the island, my guess is this odd photo of yours initiated from a ship, perhaps by cannon? Twisting and morphing upward.

This will be a long, long legal fight. It was also scary to consider that the Justice Dept. apparently has something on the order of 2500 lawyers at their beck and call. And you can bet they will throw everything they've got at the LASG. Still, in spite of this intimidating fact, Ed Strenkowski, one of the LASG team, went on record saying that this is a watertight case. Many environmental laws are being blatantly violated with horrific consequences for all life on earth. He is VERY confident that their case is on an absolutely rock solid legal footing. The spraying in the sky is now be being done in a covert fashion, I have not seen any blatant spraying in the skies here in Marin County for 3 weeks. I have not even seen short, dissipating trails. The skies are blue, without any noticeable evidence of toxic haze. Very grateful we have impeded their regular spraying schedule.

I haven't seen any of the high, short, bright trails for several weeks near my home in AZ. Yesterday there were no visible trails that I could see with my regular glasses, but with my sunglasses on, I could see the silvery lines in sky, so they are spraying something.
Have we really impeded their regular spraying? I've noticed a similar pattern here in the Toronto area. Haven't seen spraying for at least two weeks, only to wake up this morning to a sky zigzagged with chemtrails. Even in the last two weeks, the sky was never that beautiful blue of old, there was always a high altitude haze all day long. I suggest that their methods have changed somewhat and they're doing more spraying at night and using newly developed methods to do so.
Reading the Brennan speech, I see he's simply parroting whatever words David Keith's uttered in his well-known videos at geoengineering conventions, and has found fit to reuse: "This process is relatively inexpensive.." Inexpensive, based on cost of the process alone? How about MACRO economics, Mr. Brennan? What is the cost to our medical system in terms of COPD, asthma, heart attack, poisoning, etc.? Well I have been warning people in Arkansas about the Chemtrails. (Not contrails) Many say they never heard of these. I show them my own pictures over Hot Springs, AR. that I took. Some looked like Tic-Tac-Toe at high altitudes.
One morning I got up early to check the weather conditions (winds aloft) I am also a pilot. The smell of sulphur or something else was very strong. I noticed Chemtrails from probably flights at night. I have heard these flights are coming out of Oklahoma. I don't know if this accurate or not.

I have been very active in calling this issue to public attention. Most of my friends call me a conspiracy theorist and forcefully argue me down that these are just harmless condensation clouds formed at high levels from jet exhaust. I have lost alot of friends and painfully and shamefully have to witness everyone losing their minds. So many atrocious catastrophies have happened this year and last, i lost count. As someone who knows whenever the forecast calls for rain to look for trails i want to thank you for being fervent because I would like to see this end, more than anything else. We haven't seen a chemtrail here on the Central Coast of California for a long time. But why should they bother spraying us right now? The Big Sur Fire has been raging for weeks and weeks and now they tell us that it won't be under control until the end of this month. Inside sources have told me that the fire is a Federal fire and that they are deliberately keeping it going because they are making so much money off it. I grieve for all the wildlife that's being lost, not to mention all the homes. Our air quality here is extremely bad. Very smoky and hazy and almost no oxygen. Very hard to breathe and alot of folks around here are sick. On hot days, it is horrible for the animals. It's all we can do to keep them cool and quiet. Just type in " UV index for xxxxxx" and for us, it brings up a site called "Willy Weather. It will show you what the UV index is for your area for the day. Pretty scary!!!! I was shocked to see that we are almost at "Extreme" here. We can not go outside between the hours of 11AM and 5 PM because the sun actually burns your skin immediately. After it rains, and there are no sprayed artificial clouds, it is COOL and stays COOL until they start spraying again. I think that the Central Bankers NEED Global Warming and the Environmental Damage it causes as a catalyst for creating One World Government, and that GeoEngineering causes both.

I am almost 60 years old, it is a fact from my life's experience that the Earth is cooler on cloudless nights. Warmer when the sky is filled with clouds. Blankets keep a body warmer these clouds blanket the Earth. This geoengineeriñg is not helping Global warming it is causing Global warming. This is mass genocide but far to slow. If the end goal is to depopulate why decimate all life? Plant life, animal life, poisoning even water soil and air. I am sure even microbial life are being effected. It would be more cost effective and faster acting and only lethal to humans by irradiating salt. Humans would drop like flies but the poor Earth would be spared. This has been very good news indeed and will no doubt, greatly assist the combined efforts of all to raise awareness of the atrocities going on in our skies. I have a question I hope you can answer Dane, I happened to see an online interview of one of the lawyers involved in the legal action ( after the VAXXED awareness event) who spoke about the hope of securing an injunction on the spraying programmes , at least initially and whilst the legal case continues. If this is successful, would an injunction apply to ALL the countries of the world that are currently being sprayed (I ask because I live in Ireland and we have been and continue to be hit extremely hard by these geoengineering programmes. I know, the people of Ireland would be extremely relieved indeed, even if it was halted for a while to give us some respite. What is your take on that?
Hello Tara, any injunction that can be achieved would not be international in scope. Even an injunction here in the states would likely not bring the spraying to a halt initially, but it would bring the issue to the full light of day which could then start the rest of the wheels in motion for stopping the insanity.

Hello Maria, spraying is still going on at some level in almost all locations, but in many cases it can be much more covert depending on atmospheric conditions and the level of the operation. Any bright trail you see behind a jet is in all likelyhood a sprayed dispersion, the short bright trails are especially prevelant with the heat of summer. We have film footage of the shorter trails being turned on and off, this is not condensation. If your skies appear silvery white, especially looking toward sunrise or sunset, then the air is full of particulates. The horizon to horizon trails are only one aspect of the climate engineering insanity.
I've been noticing the same thing here in San Diego. It has been unusually "quiet" in our skies here too.
Okay folks, same thing in the San Francisco Bay Area. I did see "Red Trails in the Sunset" on Saturday evening and again last night so "It's" happening Out There, but do these show up on NASA satellite images at this time?
I have lived in Redding for years, and I never see spraying (for the most part) during the summer months, however I walked outside early a.m. on July 4th and they were spraying heavily. Maybe they cease spraying to some extent due to the extreme heat. Maybe the chemicals and metals do not beget the desired effects when it is so hot….??? I don't know but I am speculating based on my observations

But as Dane mentioned the evening air is still full of particulate matter crap…you can also tell by the halos around street lights at night…On another note anybody watching the Olympics and notice the typical haze particulate filled skies? But I have seen chem clouds this week. I still look up even though I'm out in the garden most of the time right now. We all know the "they" never tell us the truth. We all know it's now double speak, where truth is lies, peace is war, black is white. My contention is the big lie started on that special day back in 2001. Allegedly they grounded all aircraft for some period of time. They told us that the temperature rose "x" amount of degrees because the air had less pollutants and particulates. Here's where one of the big lies came into play. Why would they tell us the truth on that matter? My contention is what happened was the exact opposite. Without all the crap in our lower atmosphere the temperature went down.
Look at all the people they keep on bored with that one lie. The military people who are participating, the Congress and Senate and political structure, probably different heads of state around the world,……..etc.
We heard Bernie Sanders use that lie on one of his canned responses. I've heard this lie used by the power structure as reason whey they can't stop all the "normal" pollution.
What if my premonition is the correct. Could they have come out and told us that the earth actually cooled during that time period?
This whole system needs to cease and desist to save what is left and let things heal.

Abstract
Chemical kinetic theory and methodology is applied to examine the ice nucleating properties of silver iodide (AgI) and silver iodide-silver chloride (AgI-AgCl) aerosols in a large cloud chamber held at water saturation. This approach uses temporal data on ice crystals formation with changes in key nucleation parameters such as temperature, water vapor concentration and droplet concentrations. The inter-relationships between ice nucleation effectiveness, nucleation mechanisms, nuclei chemical and physical properties and the rate of appearance of ice crystals can be deduced. The theory and methodology can be applied to atmospheric experimentation.
Ice nucleation effectiveness increases of up to three orders of magnitude over that of AgI aerosols can be achieved with AgI-AgCl solid solution aerosols. Both aerosols are shown to form ice crystals by predominantly contact nucleation at temperatures of −16°C and warmer. Nucleation of the ice phase following collision is identified as a very rapid process, so that the rate of appearance of ice crystals is controlled by the much slower transport rate of nuclei to cloud droplets. The higher efficiency of AgI-AgCl nuclei with respect to the standard AgI nuclei is attributed to an improvement in the relative rates of nucleation versus deactivation or solution following collision of the nuclei with cloud droplets. This increase is most probably due to epitaxy and/or surface “active site” improvements. At a temperature of −20°C, all tested aerosols formed ice crystals by a combination of contact nucleation and deposition nucleation. The percentage of ice crystals formed by deposition correlated well with a minimum particle size of 500 Å for an appreciable deposition rate.

Apparently those who spray our skies with poison are above the law. About 25-35k higher. And I thought this was a crime to spray citizens without their consent or knowledge.
