Exclusive: Chuck Norris questions government 'gag orders' on several agencies

On Dec. 27, 1820, Thomas Jefferson wrote about his vision for the University of Virginia (chartered in 1819) what should really be a statement of belief at the heart of every American education and scientific enterprise, “This institution will be based on the illimitable freedom of the human mind. For here we are not afraid to follow the truth wherever it may lead, nor to tolerate any error as long as reason is left free to combat it.”
But what should happen 200 years later when we quit testing alleged truths and errors? What happens when we suppress alternate opinions because they are unpopular, don’t fit our agenda or are politically incorrect? What happens when we no longer tolerate opinions now considered errors or obsolete by the elite? What happens when sociopolitical agendas or scientific paradigms dominate views to the exclusion of a minority even being mentioned or considered
Is it a coincidence that in recent weeks, Washington elite have placed “gag orders” on agency employees about the inner workings of the following federal groups: “The National Weather Service,” the “National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration” and the “U.S. Department of Commerce.”
That is why Bill Hopkins, executive vice president for the National Weather Service Employees Organization, or NWSEO, recently filed with U.S. Special Counsel to lift the multiple nondisclosure policies on the National Weather Service, saying, “As a taxpayer, I find it highly disturbing that a government agency continues to push gag orders to hide how they operate. This is the work of the American government, owned by the American public, and should be open to the American public.”
The free speech and public information clampdown on government employees comes largely as a result of the increased pursuit of citizens seeking truth about geo-engineering: the artificial modification of Earth’s climate systems.
To be more specific, geo-engineering is the artificial modification of Earth’s climate systems through two primary technologies: Solar Radiation Management, or SRM, and Carbon Dioxide Removal, or CDR.
CDR technologies include “bio-energy with carboncapture and storage, biochar, direct air capture, ocean fertilization and enhanced weathering,” according to Wikipedia.
SRM technologies “seek to reflect sunlight and thus reduce global warming. Proposed examples include the creation of stratospheric sulfate aerosols.”
Stratospheric sulfate aerosols “create a global dimming effect [that] has made them a possible candidate for use in solar radiation management climate engineering projects to limit the effect and impact of climate change due to rising levels of greenhouse gases. Delivery of precursor sulfide gases such as sulfuric acid, hydrogen sulfide (H2S) or sulfur dioxide (SO2) by artillery, aircraft and balloons has been proposed.”
Chemtrailing is the “public’s term for the classified [covert] and ongoing artificial modification of Earth’s climate systems using reflective nano-materials (aerosols) to reflect sunlight. The aerosols are dispersed via jet aircraft trails that expand into reflective artificial clouds.”
Critics might accuse popular proponents like Dane Wigington (Geoengineeringwatch.org) of being conspiratorial, but there’s global scholarship to back many of his claims.
Dr. Coen Vermeeren is professor of aviation and aerospace engineer at the Delft Institute of Technology, also known as TU Delft, which is the largest and oldest Dutch public technical university, located in Delft, Netherlands. In 2010, Dr. Vermeeren presented his findings regarding a 336-page report titled, “Case Orange,” which details evidence for Covert Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering (aka “Chemtrails”). The report was compiled by the Belfort Group, based upon the prolific scholarly and scientific work by Georges Belfort, institute professor for the Howard P. Isermann Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering and Center for Biotechnology and Interdisciplinary Studies Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Vermeeren’s conclusions about the report at the end of his speech were these: 1) There are extensive amounts of verifiable references in it, 2) it is a proper investigation; 3) conclusions are well backed up by the research, 4) not all of the ongoing discussion is brought into the research, 5) recommendations are valid, and 6) although most evidence could be described as circumstantial, 7) health issues could (should) be further discussed.
Dr. J. Marvin Herndon is an American interdisciplinary scientist who earned his bachelor of arts degree in physics in 1970 from the University of California, San Diego, and his doctoral degree in nuclear chemistry in 1974 from Texas A&M University. He wrote an article that was reviewed and published on Aug. 11, 2015, in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, titled, “Evidence of Coal-Fly-Ash Toxic Chemical Geoengineering in the Troposphere: Consequences for Public Health.”

The abstract from the article explains its heart: “The widespread, intentional and increasingly frequent chemical emplacement in the troposphere has gone unidentified and unremarked in the scientific literature for years. The author presents evidence that toxic coal combustion fly ash is the most likely aerosolized particulate sprayed by tanker-jets for geoengineering, weather-modification and climate-modification purposes and describes some of the multifold consequences on public health. Two methods are employed: (1) Comparison of 8 elements analyzed in rainwater, leached from aerosolized particulates, with corresponding elements leached into water from coal fly ash in published laboratory experiments, and (2) Comparison of 14 elements analyzed in dust collected outdoors on a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter with corresponding elements analyzed in un-leached coal fly ash material. The results show: (1) the assemblage of elements in rainwater and in the corresponding experimental leachate are essentially identical. At a 99% confidence interval, they have identical means (T-test) and identical variances (F-test); and (2) the assemblage of elements in the HEPA dust and in the corresponding average un-leached coal fly ash are likewise essentially identical. The consequences on public health are profound, including exposure to a variety of toxic heavy metals, radioactive elements, and neurologically-implicated chemically mobile aluminum released by body moisture in situ after inhalation or through transdermal induction.”
Interestingly, on Sept. 2, 2015, just two weeks after it was published, Dr. Herndon’s entire 16-page scientific article was suddenly and completely retracted from the journal based upon only two chemical composition questions and an overarching explanation with no further explanation than: “The language of the paper is often not sufficiently scientifically objective for a research article.”
Whether you’re conservative or liberal, whether you believe in global warming or think it’s a bunch of stratospheric garbage, is there anything right about releasing chemical aerosols in the air above humans?
Dr. William R. Travis who is an associate professor of geography at the University of Colorado-Boulder and was director of the Center for Science and Technology Policy Research from 2008-2013, spearheaded the report, “Geo-Engineering the Climate: Lessons from Purposeful Weather and Climate Modification.”
In the report, Travis explains: “Serious efforts have been made in the past century to change the climate of whole regions (the shelter-belt program on the U.S. Great Plain; snow-pack augmentation in the Southwest), and to routinely alter the meteorology of snow, rain, fog, and hail at least locally; we even attempted to modify hurricanes. Weather and climate modification is currently practiced at local to regional scales around the world, in dozens, if not hundreds of operations. Weather modification will surely be ramped up if global warming is perceived as worsening weather – and climate-related problems (e.g., concerns about water supplies in the American Southwest have already evoked increased cloud seeding.) … Precipitation enhancement has long been the focus, but atmospheric engineering schemes have gone well beyond rainmaking. The Soviet Union in particular advanced large-scale efforts to reduce hail, tornadoes, and drought, and China has a far flung weather modification program today. The United States government has conducted both experimental and operational cloud seeding for various goals, and embarked on an effort to reduce hurricane intensity. … Some of these efforts, by virtue of their long-term implementation, have ostensibly changed the climate of those places – some stream basins in the Sierra Nevada have been seeded almost every winter for over half a century.”
Dr. Travis adds, “Fleming’s (2007) dismissive Wilson Quarterly piece casts past weather and climate modifiers as arrogant ‘Titans’ with no regard for social or environmental consequences. Discussing a 1965 proposal to increase the Earth’s albedo with bright particles spread across the tropical oceans (among the first serious global warming geo-engineering schemes), Fleming claims that ‘No one thought to consider the side effects of particles washing up on tropical beaches or choking marine life, or the negative consequences of redirection hurricanes, much less other effects beyond our imagination. And no one thought to ask if the local inhabitants would be in favor of such schemes.’”
Travis concludes: “… And certainly similar concerns attach to geo-engineering. Evidence that stratospheric aerosols might reduce the South Asian Monsoon raise the specter of potential harm to especially vulnerable populations. … aggregate climate change (cooling plus warming) across the globe … might achieve their goal [but] losers might be legion even in an effective program.”
The facts are that geo-engineering makes our world its test tube with humans as its primary guinea pigs. What’s a further travesty, as Dr. Travis concluded, is that the entire science “rests on a mixture of slender, but encouraging, scientific substantiation and skeptical analysis as well as sincere but also wishful, thinking.” (And that’s only referring to the science and overt climate missions.) What’s even more maddening is that the covert missions and their purposes remain locked behind governmental doors with anyone who knows anything restrained by gag orders.
Why are geo-engineering researchers being stonewalled? Why doesn’t our government fully disclose what it is doing in the skies above us? Does that sound like the United States our founders started?

It's nice to see a public figure like Mr. Norris, having the courage to speak out, exposing this "alleged" "conspiracy theory" known as SRM (chem-trails by any other name). We all know it's not a theory, it's fact. The questions as to why, to what effect, and "should we be concerned", have yet to be answered. That's what's most troubling. Federal government at one time was responsive to the people. If the public trust was breached, Congress would step in to slap the hand of the executive branch and order would be restored. Unfortunately, that's not the way it works now that we're living in a Corporate Fascist Dictatorship.
The majority of visitors to this site are adherents to truth, and the truth is we are being slowly poisoned, I know it, you know it, and everyone reading this column knows it. Look at how dehydrated your body is… your plants, your pets. Here's where I see the anti-geoengineering movement is nationwide: we know a lot about this hugely evil program but we haven't really made much progress to stop it in a time when days matter.

I believe what will ultimately work is a RESTORATION of the Jeffersonian ideals…..not a revolution. To John Knox: that is PERFECT – I have been casting about for what exactly needs to happen. I am new to this – as in one month – but I have no idea what to do. Making people aware is a great idea, but it sounds to me from listening to all of Dane's interviews, we need to get moving NOW. I am dying to cast my lot with my fellow human beings – I will be there in a heartbeat. I will work tirelessly – if someone will tell me what to do, where to go, who to report to. I am a great worker bee, but not a leader, and I have visions of rallies all around the U.S. or even the globe where thousands of banners are hoisted saying NO to what they are doing to us – that you have to actually get our PERMISSION to do this and that we are not disposable lab rats. I am so damn mad and so heartsick at the same time.
Do we know if there are any good papers on how people in other countries such as Europe and elsewhere are tackling geoengineering research and awareness? I noticed today in Patrick Wood's Technocracy.news website he posted an article about Russian government officials expressing skepticism that global warming was anthropogenic. Nevertheless, from a Guardian article two years ago, Russia/Putin called for the IPCC to implement a global engineering program to counter global warming and the Guardian went on to describe how the Russian military and establishment, like the US, have had ambitious geoengineering programs for several decades and have stated a strong opinion that large scale weather modification (reminiscent of the "owning the weather" phrase) should be pursued. A quick check on youtube will show several video clips of geoengineering in Russia, including a Today Show clip from the Winter Olympics in Sochi.

Horsegirl, you remarked many days ago about an apparently manmade single cloud you saw "stationed" over small Mexican towns. We may have had many, which I failed to observe, but I saw exactly this same cloud either this last Friday or Saturday over Las Vegas. Weird. Definitely very weird. No other clouds at all in the sky. No sprayed trails or spraying activity. Completely and utterly clear, blue (whitish, dimmed veil always over the sky dome's upper reaches, however). One and only one opaque cloud with a greyish luminescense on the bottom, which didn't move one iota! What the heck is this thing?
BTW, I found the "warfareblog" link very interesting for this reason: I had always assumed weather geoengineering arose via individual nations' self-interest. This fella presented the option of a third party.

I have been an ardent whodunnit fan for many years. The quintessial whodunnit these days, of course, is why the massive manipulation of our planet. We all guess and hypothesize, but as in any classic mystery, we must wait for the killers to show more of their hand. And killers and murderers they are. Hey, boys, how many more 14 year olds with low resistance to barium…or perhaps aluminum, strontium…do you want to kill?
Well, it is great to hear about other observation of these singular clouds just sitting there in the sky looking as if they are not only from another planet, but observing all that is below. I have a number of these pics. Nothing else about but these things show up out of the blue and stick around. I have one pic that is so bizarre that a friend insisted he use it for his computer screen backdrop. I refer to it as an angel because it looks like something not of this world.

Muse, if you are the same Muse, thank you for the heads up on the SuperDARN radar installations now going up I various locales around the earth . Oh how eager the curious ones are to find out what makes the heavens tick. These facilities are to study the magnetosphere , etc , to learn how the earth utilizes these life protecting energies. I was watching some old documentaries recently on public decent to government actions and policies. Specifically I watched the 1999 WTO protests in Seattle WA where global activists, trade unions, students general public protested the WTO Ministerial Conference which was the ushering in of new trade negotiations by the global elites (New World Order). This was a massive >40,000 protest that was effective to draw attention to global corrupt policies on free trade that was destroying good paying jobs, the economy and our environment.
A few years later 9/11 happened and since then we don't see the people rise up to a corrupt government. We don't see public decent in the news. We only see a growing corrupt totalitarian government who control public decent with social engineering, political correctness and dividing the people.
I was watching another documentary of the massive protests against the School of the Americas (SOA) or (School od Assassins) at Fort Benning Georgia where tens of thousands of citizens protested every year against our governments military training program at Fort Benning to train South American militants in brutal terrorist tactics to push US military and corporate interests and agendas.
Again … since 9/11 those protests are non existant in the mainstream media and as a result … in the eyes of the general American people … because the government now controls what the people hear and what the people can do to protest government actions and policies.
Everything changed after 9/11. The Patriot Act ushered in the era of massive punlic surveillance, the police state, and government control over the lives and minds of the people.

The Chicago Tribune reported that the Food and Drug Administration has permitted the sale and planting of genetically modified foods for 15 years and that the Obama administration has approved an “unprecedented number of genetically modified crops,” such as ethanol corn, alfalfa and sugar beets. Kind of far fetched but I was wondering if anybody has thought of creating a movie based on true events to raise awareness? Adding drama to the film could keep the audiences attention and ending it with the Geoengineeringwatch website could be a great way for those asleep to wake up.

I don't think that's far-fetched. What's far-fetched was the movie "Thrive:" WHAT is the so-called "free energy," how exactly will it be produced, WHAT IS THE COST, who will distribute it and HOW? NONE of these very simple questions were ever answered in that film. And the documentarian who made the film lives 25 minutes away from me, by foot. I answered a query on my nextdoor.com neighborhood newsletter to help plant an organic garden. When I showed up to help I got asked if I'd seen the film and what did I think about it. So I told them. Making a film like the one you suggested would be a productive "next" project for her. Let's hope she gets the message.

There was a public meeting on this recently in Redding, Calif. Many scientists, educated, and reliable people spoke, telling the truth about the end results on our environment from this poisoning of the United States and other countries through the sky spraying by large jets. My opinion is caves and food are prepared for certain families. The rest of us are to die from starvation and lung diseases.

I want to thank the whole family of Geo Engineering Watch for the prodigious effort it has made consistently through the years of its operations. I also want to say here and now, that I too was guilty of sleeping soundly for a good portion of my existence. I woke up with a thud as the world was falling around my feet when JFK was assassinated. I was 23. It took me at least 20 years from that point to understand enough about history to gain a perspective on American history and how this nation fit into the events of the 20 th century. And I made a consistent effort. My life came to almost a standstill except for my thirst to read widely and understand the issues. So waking up is not enough. One must understand the why and how of events and even some of the name which figure high on the list of criminals manipulating world events. And they're few enough to get a clear picture in one's head.
The last sentence of the above quote is no longer true; it has not been true for at least 100 years. But since most Americans preferred to live out their lives asleep as they scrambled after the illusory American Dream fueled by a thirsty greed all too easily ignited, they have waited too long before they woke up to the reality of this and so much else that has gone so badly for Americans (and the world's people, actually)
Not enough of us cared when fascist atrocities were happening to small third-world countries. Well, now that it's our turn to be crushed into third-world status and most Americans are feeling the pinch and complain about everything, most of those I speak to seem to think there is some sort of magical quick fix possible.
There isn't a quick fix. Being awake is no longer enough to be. There is no time to fix what is wrong with our world. World fascism is too entrenched…..it's taken control of all countries of the world now. We stood by and did nothing for other countries except send in our youth to help the various standing armies quell their uprisings and now it's our turn and we're the only ones we can call upon to help us. Our collective arrogance of the past has turned many countries against Americans; even though there were only a few "Ugly Americans" which ruined the American reputation. There is an old saying: People who live by the sword die by the sword. Well, people who exalt military power die by military power is another way to say it.
This is why the Geo Engineering Watch are group are being stonewalled by a criminal GOVERNMENT. A fascist Govt. never does listen to the people it controls. The criminals have won. This civilization is in dire straits and all anyone has time to do is to get in tune with themselves, accept our individual share of the blame, at least, and accept the inevitable. We have always known we would die at some point which seemed far enough in the distant future so that we enjoyed a certain amount of comfort as we lived our lives.
Well, the inevitable is almost upon most of us. I mourn for the youth of today, who have not lived their lives in a lawful world at least some of us had a taste of before fascists decided they wanted to control everything including the weather. Well, I think the weather will win in the end. It will give a gigantic burp and its major problem (the criminal group playing God with the weather and everything else.) will be excreted from its gut.
We are of the same generation. You woke up earlier than I did. Yes, the Rubicon has been crossed and the hindsight of our personal and collective historical memories tell me too that a total collapse is imminent. I think the greatest achievement one can garner is to become CONSCIOUS, to learn to think critically about the seemingly overwhelming myriad of impacting life threatening issues, the concerns that are human-created. How do we back-track, to retrench from the damage, to restructure our collective hearts and minds? My internal calculations suggest the tipping point has been reached, that the inevitable is not an option that can be avoided. Yet, this website gives me a glimmer of optimism. And so I remain here with like minds meeting other "round table" thoughts of those who are less pessimistic, many much younger, who have no inclination to concede to hopelessness and defeatism. Therein lies our hope for the future no matter how much hell on earth the Monstrosity belches. The Dragon will be slain by these. And so I look up and see the scars, but knowing a new paradigm is about to burst upon the disorder. There IS a war in the heavens, in the "cloud." And those principalities and powers, bloodsuckers all, are a nightmare only until the dawn.

I live in San Diego ,Ca and this past week on CBS channel 8, there were banners stating on the weather report, that there will be an El Niño for this winter here. While at Palomar Mtn. This weekend, we saw people at the fire station filling sand bags saying that the dept was readying for the winter and were alerted to prepare 6 months ago. This sounds like a planning of an extreme weather event for the winter for so. cal. I thought the elite were trying to drought California. Anything you can make of this? Thank you.
Hello Mary, flash flooding will to cure a drought, much of the drought damage is already irreparable. There is no possible way to predict what a desperate power structure will to with the climate engineering levers of control. Also, floods in Southern California will not fill reservoirs in Northern California, nor will it create more snow pack in the Sierras.

Unfortunately, the indoctrination of America has been going on for decades. At present, the urgency of the final blows to our world are upon us. Despite many people waking up to this evil agenda, many are oblivious to what's happening. People are busy working their butts off to live a decent life and pay their taxes, while others live off the government and don't care what happens. The real elite 1% that is openly condemned by the government is sitting in Washington and playing out the elite agenda as told to do. That's why the government is NOT working for the people. Who is strong enough to stand up to these evil controllers? Can we use any kind of legal suits against these varmins? I think it's too late to do much other than keep exposing the truth, but the corruption and destruction will continue.
I so totally agree with you Janet Pickel, I didn't think I'd live long enough to see this, but now it makes me sick to my stomach to know that my 6 grandchildren are NOT going to be able to live the life how I grew up, It saddens me terribly!
As hard as it is to wake those who are in denial, we must remember, we have planted a seed every time we talk to someone about this issue and now every time they hear or see a "Persistent Contrail",that never dissipates and eventually spreads out and blocks the sun, they are forced to think about the issue and try to justify their denial. The fact that they spray constantly some will eventually have to question their beliefs and maybe a little homework. We are gaining new converts at a good pace finally. Moved to Arizona Feb 2011. The first time I ever witnessed spraying here in Prescott was on a beautiful early fall day in 2011 near to sunset. 3 small single engine aircraft performing an unfamiliar pattern [to me] in this heavily wooded area of native grass, old Junipers & Oak brush populated by deer, javelina and coyotes, an occasional bobcat 5000' [near secluded sacred Inscription Canyon land]. It was a checkerboard pattern, deployed to release 'whatever' for heavy concentration of this forested area. 2 flying one way [east] the third [north to south across] Now I was intrigued, as 2 of the planes side to side , heading directly east, passed right above the acreage as I was working outside one of the buildings. As they flew directly above I could see the pilots, and I waved. As they passed, they also released or pumped out whatever substance they were spraying; it was heavy enough that it came down quickly and uniformly > Large, dirty looking flakes of dust in a dirt colored cloud that sank heavily, straight down onto the ground and on the trees surrounding all the of the acreage. Spooked by this action when I knew they could see me waving below, I clapped my hand to close my nose, shut my mouth tight and practically jumped inside the building. Quite a bit later, the next day, I kept saying to myself, "what in the world are they spraying = and why, this is not farm land". I went to the computer and that was exactly what I typed in! Do it, friends, you will see exactly today what came up in 2011! FIRST on my search was a You Tube video posted January 2011, with that exact title >> What in the world are they spraying! Go ahead, I think you will find it is still there! Inform your acquaintances, any in denial, or skeptics because dear hearts, they only spray nights now, I hear them, usually 3 nights in a row. Then watch the weather change for the worse, > as in two nights ago 10/28 , there was an ice cold microblast from the north, then a huge black cloud bank delivered a goodly supply of marble size hail early the next morning right here > and very very cold.
