After a severe week-long heat wave in Italy, high temperatures gave way to summer snowfall in the Alpine region, Italian daily La Repubblica reported Thursday.
Snow began Wednesday afternoon at the Stelvio Pass, with temperatures dropping sharply, according to the daily.
Strong winds and hailstorms also hit Trentino and South Tyrol, prompting firefighters to respond to several incidents in the districts of Merano, Bressanone and Bolzano.
Although Italy saw some relief from the heat wave, yellow weather alerts were issued for parts of central and southern Italy as several areas braced for severe thunderstorms and rainfall.
While 11 cities are on lowest alert for heat wave for Friday, experts speaking to Sky Tg24 expect heat to return soon.
Meanwhile, Alberto Stefani, president of Italy’s Veneto region, declared a regional state of emergency across the entire territory due to drought conditions and the risk of saltwater intrusion.
The decision was taken in light of a rainfall deficit that began in March, worsened in April and remained below the historical average in May.

Good point. It’s supposed to be our Independence Day celebration. Our founders are rolling over in their graves.
I feel the same way ben. The whole hoopla rings hollow to me in light of world conditions. I certainly don’t feel like participating when there is so much suffering across the board and too many people are just struggling to survive. Forgive me but I don’t feel like celebrating on a dying planet surrounded by fools merrymaking as evil reigns and our planet burns. How many fools will be blowing off fireworks in tinderbox conditions potentially burning out themselves, their neighbors, and tens of thousands of acres of innocent flora & fauna?! Good Luck everybody- we’re all gonna need it!
According to a scientific report on the state of the Boreal Forrest Biome,, trees cut down over 100 years ago have not regrown. The reasons why are many, complex, as well as catastrophic and they all stem from the industrial activities of mankind, in other words, us, we the people!

Winter Storm Warning: Snow Up to 3 Feet and 60 mph Winds Coming This Week
The Pacific storm is moving east, and it’s bringing up to 36 inches of snow even as summer continues.

According to a report from the Weather Prediction Center, snow is making its way to the Sierra Nevada and Cascades, including Washington, Oregon and California. Weather experts are warning about a potentially heavy snowfall in the area this week, even as July starts. The greatest chance for accumulating snow is at elevations above 6,500 to 7,000-plus feet.

Sure would like to trade some of this heat here in Florida for some of that snow.
Can someone give me a list of the health effects of all these chemicals being dropped on us? We are so disgusted with the day after day lines in our skies here in upstate New York!

Hi Donna. Some of the geoengineering contaminants include aluminum nanoparticles barium strontium and coal fly ash. There are many others and probably still more that have not as yet been detected. Aluminum for example is known to harm the lungs liver brain and immune system. So the short answer to your question is that ALL body systems and organs are negatively affected by these operations. In addition these chemicals work synergistically to intensify the negative health effects of each other. Also,already existing ailments can be made worse by this toxic mix of chemicals.

A Summer Storm Now Over The High Country
The late-June storm forecasters warned about has moved over the Northern Rockies, and the snow is piling up on the high passes of Idaho and Montana
. Earlier in the week the low valleys ran in the 80s and low 90s. By Sunday morning the high country was under winter storm warnings from two weather offices, with more than a foot of snow expected on the tallest terrain through Monday.
The Missoula office kept its winter storm warning in force for Western and Eastern Lemhi County, the Bitterroot and Sapphire ranges, and the Butte and Blackfoot region above 6,500 feet, running until 9 AM Monday. Totals of 4 to 8 inches are expected, with 8 to 16 inches across the Anaconda Pintler Mountains near Georgetown Lake and up to 12 inches on the highest Lemhi peaks. Forecasters added that west winds of 10 to 20 mph, gusting to 30, will drive the wet snow and deepen the chill.

The heat wave that brought record high temperatures to France Britain and Spain earlier this week now includes Central Europe. All time high temperature records were recorded in Germany Denmark the Czech Republic and Switzerland this weekend.

Kelp isn’t just seaweed—it’s the foundation of a complex food web. Sea otters rely on kelp for hunting and shelter. With less kelp, otters lose their homes and their favorite food: sea urchins. But fewer otters means urchins multiply unchecked, devouring even more kelp. It’s a deadly cycle.
Abalone, slow-moving shellfish prized as seafood, depend almost entirely on kelp for food. Their populations have crashed as the forests disappear. Juvenile fish such as rockfish, lingcod, and kelp bass grow up hidden in the kelp canopy. Without it, their survival plummets, putting predators like sea lions, seabirds, and even killer whales at risk. Orcas depend on Chinook salmon, which rely on kelp ecosystems during their life cycle.
The loss of kelp forests threatens the entire marine food chain, from the smallest fish to the ocean’s apex predators.

Do you know that clouds of smart micro/nano particles are used to create atmospheric electrical potential differences to create precisely timed and aimed ightning strikes? Perhaps the bolt that hit very near your home was a warning or they missed the intended target? Did you know lightning was long ago called “fire from heaven”?
Hi Lance, Long ago lightning may have been called ‘fire from heaven’ and indeed it was but today it can definately be considered ‘fire from hell’. Remember, as Dane has done sounding the alarm for over 20 years, Dr. Nick Begich also called this out decades ago in his book “Angels Don’t Play this HAARP”! So glad Dane had angels watching over he and his family during that terrible lightning strike and fire recently near his home. Hellish conditions we are all now living through thanks to out of control weather manipulations perpetrated by evil men.

The description which you have given for ‘racket’ Joe, also fits VERY WELL the description of ‘conspiracy’; ‘Only a small inside group know what it is about’ and ‘Something that is not what it seems to the majority of people’. Thus it seems WAR is BOTH a conspiracy AND a racket. And we surely have PLENTY of it ALL- TOO MUCH in fact. The question is- WHAT can we DO about stopping it?! And the beat goes on…
