The Washington Post article of January 22, 2015 titled "How A Group Of Conspiracy Theorists Could Derail The Debate Over Climate Policy" prompted this response to what either the Post’s editors or article author apparently overlooked or did not choose to do, in my journalistic opinion—publish facts!
Over the years, The Washington Post acquired numerous awards for excellent investigative journalism, etc., including the prestigious Pulitzer Prize several times, the last being in 2014. One would imagine—at least this writer’s journalistic opinion—that extensive and accurate research would be the ground floor for factual, open-source, non-pejorative, non-ad hominem reporting and journalism.
When journalist Puneet Kollipara postulates, “Meet the “chemtrails” crowd, who posit that governments, scientists and other institutions are using airplanes’ “chemtrails” — basically contrails that are allegedly laced with chemicals — to alter the climate, create extreme weather, poison people, or even control our minds,” and “In short, chemtrails itself is a conspiracy theory,” someone needs to point out that The Washington Post team should have done their homework more diligently, as there are hundreds of federal government agency reports and, in particular, U.S. Patents of record, for managing weather systems. Many are listed below in the Weather Geoengineering / Chemtrail Database generated by this writer.
However, I think maybe I may be inclined to agree with Kollipara that chemtrails just may be a conspiracy—a real ‘true’ conspiracy to keep what’s going on day and night – and which darkens our skies (less sunlight hits earth now), plus precipitates all kinds of toxic crap falling onto earth—to keep the public from knowing what’s actually going on above our heads.
For decades weather control, AKA weather geoengineering, has been going on—it’s a given that patents verify. However, a complacent media, press, TV, probably some ‘politicos’ from previous administrations, select bureaucrats in government, government agencies per se, namely: US Air Force and Navy, researchers, and specialty contractors who build and carry out systems to fulfill the agenda—ALL have kept silent and definitely either apparently conspired or colluded to agree to keep silent—or else. Where are the whistleblowers? Could some wannabe whistleblowers be dead?
Why hasn’t any media outlet, investigative journalist or newspaper, the U.S. Congress or some foreign investigator/researcher questioned the sky trails during the last couple decades? Furthermore, why—whenever something crops up about chemtrails—is it immediately scandalized as ‘conspiracy’, rather than addressed with scientific facts and reported as news?
Below is a database of legal documentation (U.S. Patents) that evidences weather geoengineering is real. Furthermore, many patents cannot be employed or used unless there is aerial spraying.
First, we need to study two weather maps, which apparently show that there really is a split weather pattern in the continental USA.

The above global-climate-temperature map readily illustrates how the eastern parts of the USA and the North American continent apparently have become targeted areas for cold/rain/ice/snow weather geoengineering. Moreover, it supports the first map and the divide seen between the hot/dry west and the cold/wet east. That weather system probably can be accomplished only with aerial spraying of aerosolized chemicals and toxic elements, since natural weather patterns apparently don’t have ‘split personalities’. The most questionable of any technologies probably involved in weather geoengineering, which is couched as “military assets,” is what’s known as HAARP. It has/had two components: 1) the Tesla Weapon Platform SBX-1 sea-based, and 2) the land-base in SW Alaska, which supposedly closed in May 2013. However, there’s some talk that the land-based HAARP may have been replaced with satellite technology, so that’s why the Alaska HAARP ‘campus’ (photo below) was closed. Can anyone verify that there’s a purported satellite replacement for the Gakona, Alaska, site?

How much longer can our soil and watersheds sustain this madness? I look up at a Toxic haze filled sky. I mean it is getting so damn thick that I dont go outside, it looks like the sky of another planet. I have NBC filters that filter all of the air I breathe and I have water filters to the water. I go outside for 10 minutes and I begin to suffer, that is how thick they are laying this stuff down. It appears to me exponentially worse than just a couple of years ago. I am beginning to wonder how much more can the soil take, how radical a ph change can the plants deal with, if the ph changes by just 1 point it will kill nearly all plant life. i have a greenhouse so the air doesn’t pollute my soil I grow food in, so the rain doesn’t pollute the soil I grow food in.

It is always these bubble/bobble headed bimbos that go on and on about how they love this 80 degree weather in January how they love being able to wear their bathing suits in the park in january but dont understand why they got burnt in 15 minutes, they make a point of telling you how great this weather is while scratching their burning skin. I swear when it hits 130 I am gonna up to these bobble headed broads and be like, “o I love this weather, I love having to wear 10 layers of clothes to keep cool in July dont you, aww poor girl.. cant tan, aww shucks I guess the balmy weather isn’t so great after all huh, guess you will have to wait until January brings 100 degree temps” That is what I want to say to these fake bobble heads. The bobble headed bimbo is the greastest tool of disinformation, so self satisfied with tanning weather in January she cares for little else. They believe the grocery store is where food grows. When they come down with some chemtrail induced lung cancer they will look at you quzzically and fawn “Gee I never smoked, must be the gun rights caused my cancer” O the logic. Could there be any more vain or self defeating creature than the American woman. I am sorry I digress I just went off on one of my wife’s friends. I know what you mean, Freedom Ranger. Where I live, some TV channels start their weather reports with a sponsor/advertisement for gut flora supplementation and then the weather report is rolled out in the form of a lifestyle show, often looking at some irrelevant event or place that has nothing to do with any meteorological analysis. The actual reporting on the weather is short, glossed over and if one really listens they will realise they learned nothing due to the vast generalising of weather events, either predicted or past.
The problem with visual news is that it has an advantage of visual distraction, with good looking presenters using body language and facial expression to emotionalise stories, because the NEWS is just stories these days. The viewer doesn't just have his ears tuned in on the NEWS, but has his eyes distracted and will not be thinking totally clearly. Of course, this is by design. Try closing your eyes or blacking the screen out and just listen. The shocking state of drivel and filler will astound you. I don't watch the NEWS anymore. I look for dissent and critique about the NEWS and the events they purport to report on.
Your description of the American woman is applicable to people of all persuasions everywhere. Social media has everyone becoming a 3 minute star and narcissism is rampant. Self involvement and the trivia of Facebooking and Twittering has everyone using about .05% of their brain. Social gatherings and workplace lunch rooms are silent with the obsession of everyone face down in their smart phones. How easliy and tragically we are led to the slaughter.
Even with all of this, without any knowledge of so many facts regarding Geoengineering or SRM just over a year ago in Las Vegas a tile setter told me spraying was going on over the city.

Dane, do you think they would use the satellites in conjuncture with HAARP to extend the frequency at night. Because i remember hearing somewhere that at night HAARP cant send the frequency waves as far because it needs the solar energy during the day to be able to send frequency 1000’s of miles. I don’t know, i don’t have any proof of this. But i have been observing a lot more spraying at night. Could be for a number of things though, like how believable is Project Blue Beam? I’ve looked into it but it sounds way over the top! Hello Chad, thank you for your message and for your considerations on the biggar picture. There is much we cannot know about the full spectrum of the climate engineering insanity. Night spraying can be for a number of reasons, one appears to be for the purpose of increasing the strength of high pressure zones. Night spraying can also be more prevelant during specific weather events. In regard to communicating this issue to the uniformed, I would suggest extreme simplicity, stick to the basics as suggested in the attached link. Those who are determined to remain in denial about this issue will very soon be forced to wake, wait and see. If we all keep pulling together we will yet expose the climate engineering crimes.
