Pay close attention to the position of the high pressure off the coast as it wavers slightly back and forth but never truely going away.
Also pay close attention to the archives during unusual warm episodes we have had this VERY dry spring and heatwaves Arizona has had causing bad wildfires.
We have been below normal rainfall wise all but December which was about normal mostly from weak systems passing thru.
Will somebody in the know how of HARRP please respond?
I live in Oregon and after keeping up on weather maps I have been noticing a very STRANGE stationary high pressure over the ocean since the summer before last that’s keeping the nation locked in a single weather pattern directing drought in the Midwest and Interior west.
Of course the high pressure isn’t in the EXACT spot all the time but it doesn’t go away ever!
It’s been causing the heatwaves that have been plaguing Colorado down thru Texas.
This year in particular is the worst.

You can see this stuff right now on the accuweather radars. Some of the stations have these “pixelated cloud” formations that morph and change and the radar is catching beams being shot into the storm. I see them from the Jopplin MO station, the Fort Worth TX station, and several others. The frequencies over Nashville TN actually appear to be steering a part of the storm. This is insanity. They are intensifying these storms with EMF waves.
