I would like to back up the first callers claim about rose bushes budding in November. I saw something similar to this last week in NY. There were dandelions sprouting all over my yard like it was late May.Thought it was very strange because all week it was freezing and then it was suddenly 65 degrees again…Also noticed that on these warm days that are in between artificial cool downs, large numbers of flies are born outside that seem extremely disoriented and unable to fly. They just sit on the side of my house or on the ground and don’t fly at all….
