Many mainstream and "official sources" falsely claim that the southern hemisphere ozone hole is "recovering" (in order to pacify populations), however, available data does not support the "ozone recovery" official narrative. Though some sources still claim there is limited ozone layer recovery over the polar regions, front line data from some of the same sources does not support such a conclusion. How many are even aware of the "Unprecedented Ozone Hole Over (the) Canadian Arctic" (that was first reported in 2011)? In regard to the UK Daily Mail statement that "Researchers believe climate change is altering atmospheric circulations", again, a lie. Geoengineering is the greatest single factor impacting atmospheric circulation patterns.

Scientists Find That A Vital Part Of Earth’s Ozone Layer Is Not Healing As Expected
The rescue of the planet’s protective ozone layer has been hailed as one of the great success stories of modern environmental regulation — but on Monday, an international team of 22 scientists raised doubts about whether ozone is recovering as expected across much of the world.

Mainstream and official sources have long since admitted that geoengineering programs "would" damage the ozone layer "if" geoengineering was deployed (though no official source will admit to the ongoing climate engineering reality).
We are being lied to on every level, and to a degree that cannot be truly comprehended. The ozone layer is not recovering, it is collapsing. Though there are countless anthropogenic factors negatively impacting Earth’s vital ozone layer, climate engineering / geoengineeering / solar radiation management is by far the single greatest factor fueling ozone layer collapse. To be clear, if the ozone layer completely collapses, all terrestrial life and most aquatic life will perish. How close could such a state be if we remain on the current course? We are perilously close, perhaps only a few years.
The “official denial” of climate engineering is also breaking down, the impacts of the ongoing geoengineering / solar radiation management assault are becoming all but impossible to hide in plain sight.
The horrific environmental and climate decimation being created by climate engineering are far beyond catastrophic. Though there are countless forms of anthropogenic damage to the planet and the climate system, global geoengineering operations are mathematically the most destructive of all. If public apathy regarding the climate engineering assault remains, if academia continues to lie about the climate engineering reality, if climate engineering is allowed to continue, our days are numbered. Again, this is not speculation, theory, conjecture, or hypothesis, rather, it is a mathematical fact. We are told by “official” sources that the ozone layer is recovering, that we have nothing to worry about. This narrative is being pushed by power structure controlled agencies in order to pacify the public until the last possible moment. How close is that moment? If we remain on the current course, anthropogenic activities (with climate engineering at the top of the list) may completely destroy the ozone layer within the next decade or less. Without the ozone layer, all terrestrial life on Earth (and most aquatic life) will perish. The “official” sources who tell us climate engineering isn’t happening, who tell us that we are only seeing "condensation trail" grid patterns in our skies, are the same agencies telling us the ozone layer is getting better. Stratospheric aerosol injection (climate engineering side effects)

Climate engineering and solar radiation management in general are controversial, and pose various problems and risks. However, certain problems are specific to, or more pronounced with this particular technique.[23]
Ozone depletion: is a potential side effect of sulfur aerosols;[24][25] and these concerns have been supported by modelling.[26] However, this may only occur if high enough quantities of aerosols drift to, or are deposited in, Polar stratospheric clouds before the levels of CFCs and other ozone destroying gases fall naturally to safe levels because stratospheric aerosols, together with the ozone destroying gases, are responsible for ozone depletion.[27]
Whitening of the sky: Stratospheric aerosols have the potential to whiten the sky and cause more colorful sunsets, dependent on the amount being sprayed.[28] According to a study on cleaner air, resulting solar brightening has been responsible for an increase in corn production over the past 30 years.[29]
Tropopause warming: and the humidification of the stratosphere.[25]
Regional warming: Based on the results of the 2014-2015 Geoengineering Model Intercomparison Project, a model with a standard stratospheric aerosol injection scenario, temperatures in the tropics would cool, and higher latitudes warm, ice sheet, and Arctic sea ice decline would still continue, albeit at a reduced rate. Extreme temperature anomalies would also still increase, but to a lesser degree. In regards to these model results, the author of the study Alan Robock noted:
If geoengineering were halted all at once, there would be rapid temperature and precipitation increases at 5–10 times the rates from gradual global warming.[30]
Stratospheric temperature change: Aerosols can also absorb some radiation from the Sun, the Earth and the surrounding atmosphere. This changes the surrounding air temperature and could potentially impact on the stratospheric circulation, which in turn may impact the surface circulation.[31]
Regional hydrologic responses: Based on the results of the Geoengineering Model Intercomparison Project, there would be a reduction in the global average precipitation around the world, particularly in summer monsoon regions.[30]
If UV radiation had gone “off the charts”, what might it do to aquatic life forms? Let's start with global plankton populations, the foundation for life on earth. Even NASA says high UV radiation would be extremely harmful for these microscopic organisms.

Climate Engineering, Ozone Destruction, And Radiation Clouds, The Dangers Of Air Travel

Air travel is becoming ever more hazardous to human health for a host of reasons. Not only are air travelers inhaling high concentrations of toxic particulates as they fly through various layers of solar radiation atmospheric haze (contributing to aerotoxic syndrome impacting passengers and crews), radiation clouds at aviation altitudes also pose a dire threat.
Climate engineering and the health dangers of air travel are completely interwoven issues.
A recently published study in a peer-reviewed journal is now acknowledging the radiation clouds and the dangers they present to air travelers.
Jan. 20, 2017: A new study published in the peer-reviewed journal Space Weather reports the discovery of radiation “clouds” at aviation altitudes. When airplanes fly through these clouds, dose rates of cosmic radiation normally absorbed by air travelers can double or more.
“We have flown radiation sensors onboard 264 research flights at altitudes as high as 17.3 km (56,700 ft) from 2013 to 2017,” says Kent Tobiska, lead author of the paper and PI of the NASA-supported program Automated Radiation Measurements for Aerospace Safety (ARMAS). “On at least six occasions, our sensors have recorded surges in ionizing radiation that we interpret as analogous to localized clouds.”
Though there are countless forms of anthropogenic activity negatively affecting the atmosphere and ozone layer (including the ongoing Fukushima disaster), climate engineering aerosol spraying and the accompanying radio frequency/microwave transmissions are a primary factor that is wreaking havoc on the biosphere, the atmosphere, and all of Earth's life support systems.
Though the chart above reflects the official narrative for UV exposure, official sources are not disclosing the off the chart UV radiation levels that now showing up even at ground levels (including UVC). At higher altitudes, much higher concentrations of radiation are present and at far more dangerous UV spectrums.
The full spectrum of electromagnetic radiation is much more extensive than just UV radiation.

The fact that air travelers absorb radiation is not news. Researchers have long known that cosmic rays crashing into Earth’s atmosphere create a spray of secondary particles such as neutrons, protons, electrons, X-rays and gamma-rays that penetrate aircraft. 100,000 mile frequent flyers absorb as much radiation as 20 chest X-rays—and even a single flight across the USA can expose a traveler to more radiation than a dental X-ray.
Conventional wisdom says that dose rates should vary smoothly with latitude and longitude and the height of the aircraft. Any changes as a plane navigates airspace should be gradual. Tobiska and colleagues have found something quite different, however: Sometimes dose rates skyrocket for no apparent reason.
Most of the human race takes Earth's protective atmosphere for granted, this is a grave mistake.

Geoengineering Is Accelerating A Runaway Greenhouse Scenario
Science circles and governments all over the globe are pushing the narrative that "geoengineering could mitigate global warming". This narrative is so astoundingly false from so many directions, the fact such a dialog is even occurring is a true testimony to the willful (paid) blindness and insanity of the "science" community. There can be no rational denial of the fact that climate engineering programs are going on, this reality is inarguably verifiable for anyone that has bothered to look up. If any objective investigation of available data is carried out, there can be no rational denial of the fact that global climate engineering has been going on at a significant scale for at least 70 years. There is a mountain of data to prove this including 750 page senate documents. Geoengineering CAN'T mitigate what is likely already a runaway greenhouse effect, and eventually, Venus syndrome. The climate engineering insanity can only make an already critically bad climate scenario worse, and that is exactly what it is doing.
There is NO benevolence in the climate engineering assault, NONE. Geoengineering is ultimately about power and control, period. Short-term toxic chemical cool-downs are carried out at the cost of a far worsened overall warming, a shredded ozone layer, a completely derailed hydrological cycle, and completely contaminated planet. A final fact that is most astounding and perplexing, there are many who claim to be fighting against climate engineering which are actually parroting the preferred propaganda prepared by the power structure itself, that "global warming is a hoax" or even more ridiculous, that the "planet is cooling". The planet is not just warming, it is descending into total meltdown along with industrialized civilization. How hot is it? Even with daily high temperature readings being grossly UNDERREPORTED, former high temperature records are still being completely obliterated. Though the recent article below does not address the geoengineering elephant in the room, the data it does address is dire, but far short of how severe the state of the biosphere actually is.

We just broke the record for hottest year, nine straight times

Earth’s record hottest 12 consecutive months were set in each month ending in September 2015 through May 2016

2014 and 2015 each set the record for hottest calendar year since we began measuring surface temperatures over 150 years ago, and 2016 is almost certain to break the record once again. It will be without precedent: the first time that we’ve seen three consecutive record-breaking hot years.
But it’s just happenstance that the calendar year begins in January, and so it’s also informative to compare all yearlong periods. In doing so, it becomes clear that we’re living in astonishingly hot times.
June 2015 through May 2016 was the hottest 12-month period on record. That was also true of May 2015 through April 2016, and the 12 months ending in March 2016. In fact, it’s true for every 12 months going all the way back to the period ending in September 2015, according to global surface temperature datacompiled by Kevin Cowtan and Robert Way. We just set the record for hottest year in each of the past 9 months.

These record temperatures have been assisted by a very strong El Niño event, which brought warm water to the ocean surface, temporarily warming global surface temperatures. But today’s temperatures are only record-setting because the El Niño was superimposed on top of human-caused global warming.
For comparison, 1997–1998 saw a very similar monster El Niño event. And similarly, the 12-month hottest temperature record was set in each month from October 1997 through August 1998. That was likewise a case of El Niño and global warming teaming up to shatter previous temperature records.
The difference is that while September 1997–August 1998 was the hottest 12-month period on record at the time; it’s now in 60th place. It’s been surpassed by yearlong periods in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2014, 2015, and 2016. Many of those years weren’t even aided by El Niño events; unassisted global warming made them hotter than 1998.
Global surface temperatures are now more than 0.3°C hotter than they were in 1997–1998. That’s a remarkable rise over just 18 years, in comparison to the 1°C the Earth’s average surface temperatures have risen since the Industrial Revolution began.
This has all happened during a time when ‘no significant warming in 18 years’ has been one of the rallying cries of climate denial. In reality, when we compare apples to apples – El Niño years to El Niño years – we’ve seen more than 0.3°C global surface warming over the past 18 years, which is in line with climate model predictions. ‘Climate models are wrong’ has been another now-debunked climate denial rallying cry.
Now that the past year’s El Niño event is over, the streak of record-breaking yearlong periods appears to have ended. Nevertheless, 2016 remains on track to break that record for the hottest calendar year, for an unprecedented third consecutive year, following record years in 2010 and 2005 as well.
With Apr update, 2016 still > 99% likely to be a new record (assuming historical ytd/ann patterns valid).
With the Earth warming dangerously rapidly, at a rate 20–50 times faster than the fastest rate of natural global warming, one can’t help but wonder when the influence of the small minority of disproportionately powerful climate denial groups will wane.
195 countries pledged to curb their carbon pollution in the tremendously successful Paris climate negotiations, but climate denial is still predominant in one of America’s two political parties, and may be gaining foothold in other regions of the Anglosphere like the UK and Australia. Fortunately, many other countries like China, India, and Canada seem to be moving in the right direction with their climate and energy policies.
Now that climate denial’s bread and butter arguments are toast, November’s US elections will be critical in determining whether the country continues along the path of climate leadership established by President Obama, or allows the oil industry’s puppet party to continue peddling long-debunked myths in order to delay climate action and put future generations at risk.
With global warming constantly breaking temperature records, and dozens of scientific organizations warning policymakers that “To reduce the risk of the most severe impacts of climate change, greenhouse gas emissions must be substantially reduced,” we can no longer use ignorance as an excuse.
Climate Engineers Cut Off Critical Rain From Populations Around The Globe

Why are there so many record droughts unfolding around the world? A warmer atmosphere holds much more water vapor (7% more for every degree in centigrade of warming). The laws of physics state it MUST rain more on a rapidly warming planet. So why are record shattering droughts increasing in regions all over the globe? By saturating the atmosphere with particulates (aerosols) to produce the "global dimming" effect (which is the stated primary objective of the SRM climate mitigation programs), the geoengineers have totally derailed the planet's primary terrestrial life support system, rain. The climate engineers literally control the global spigot. Controlling precipitation means controlling food supplies and populations all over the world. Global geoengineering is not just ecocide, not just genocide, but planetary omnicide. Geoengineering is weather warfare, nothing less. Due to the highly toxic fallout, climate engineering must also be considered biological warfare. The ongoing weather/climate manipulation is not only wreaking havoc on the planet's climate system, geoengineering is also destroying the ozone layer. Without an ozone layer, there would be no terrestrial life on Earth. Though some "official sources" claim the ozone hole is recovering, UV metering from the front lines completely disputes any such conclusion. The ozone destruction will only get worse with every day that the atmospheric spraying is allowed to continue.

Many in the climate science and environmental communities are justifiably criticizing the special interest groups and organizations who are aggressively denying global warming, but what about their own inexcusable criminal denial of the single largest climate disrupting factor of all, global climate engineering? How can there be any legitimate discussion of the climate without first and foremost addressing the climate engineering atrocities? There can't be. We are now in the "Anthropocene epoch". Any form of anthropogenic activity that alters the biosphere (and thus Earth's natural systems) must be considered a form of geoengineering, This being said, climate engineering and its highly toxic fall-out is the greatest and most immediate threat we face short of nuclear cataclysm. How do we stop it? Reaching a critical mass of awareness is the only way forward, all of us are needed to do our part in this most critical battle to salvage what is yet left of Earth's life support systems.

We are being lied to on every level and to an unimaginable degree. The supposedly recovering Southern hemisphere ozone layer has hit a new record size, but "don't worry", the power structure controlled World Meteorological Organization says there is no reason for alarm. Really? Why shouldn't we be alarmed? And there is of course the "unprecedented" northern hemisphere ozone hole that the power structure controlled mainstream media won't even mention. Global geoengineering is destroying the ozone layer. Previous mainstream media tales of ozone hole recovery are lies designed to pacify the public for as long as possible.
The northern hemisphere ozone hole (unknown to most) is also expanding.
It seems appropriate to wonder what will it take for the gravity of the aerosol spraying to be realized by a larger percentage of the population. What it will take to compel more people to make halting climate engineering their priority issue? What it will take to prompt more to take action in order to bring this most dire issue out into the light? Off the chart UV radiation levels are increasingly evident in the environment, scorched tree trunks are one glaring red flag. How can we say for certain that the UV levels are too high? Each and every day the global assault on our planet, and all that lives and breaths, continues. The decimation being caused by the "SAG" (stratospheric aerosol geoengineering) and "SRM" (solar radiation management) is far too immense to ever be quantified. Though no mainstream media source dares to mention SAG and SRM as primary causal factors regarding ozone layer damage, the mountain of data on the undisputed ozone layer destroying effects of SAG and SRM paint an all too clear conclusion. Particulate clouds (formed from the aircraft spraying) cause ozone destruction, period. Government agencies and mainstream media would have us believe that the ozone decimation is primarily caused by by limited sources of CFC's (chlorofluorocarbons) from the ground level, this is also a lie. Though CFC's are certainly harmful to the ozone layer, they have been banned for decades. Why is the ozone destruction continuing to accelerate? The clearly visible spraying occurring in our skies and around the globe (by jet aircraft), is the primary source of ozone layer loss. Science sources admit atmospheric particulates from geoengineering would cause ozone loss and drought (though they don't acknowledge the ongoing climate engineering reality). Internationally recognized geoengineer, David Keith, stated on the record his "proposal" of achieving an annual goal of 20,000, 000 tons of aluminum to be sprayed by jet aircraft (actual amounts are in all likelihood higher).

Again, all scientific study on the atmospheric effect of aerosol clouds makes clear that they have an ozone destroying effect. The higher the albedo (reflectivity) of the aerosols that are being sprayed, the more damage it does (aluminum has 400% higher albedo than sulphur dioxide). The ozone layer is not recovering and cannot recover so long as the ongoing climate engineering continues to take its toll on this critical layer of our atmosphere.
The official mantra of ozone layer recovery is a lie. The massive ozone holes actually have a cooling effect in some regions like Antarctica. Is it possible the geoengineers may view the ozone holes (resulting from their atmospheric spraying programs) as beneficial for their objectives? Without the ozone layer, there would be no terrestrial life on Earth. The sun feels increasingly hot on your skin because it is. Even the backs of whales are being sunburned. UV readings are skyrocketing around the globe and the damage is mounting at blinding speed. Many have begun to notice the intense UV radiation as the protective layers of the atmosphere continue to be shredded by the spraying. Why aren't we being told? The Canadian government has long since been refusing to let their scientists communicate with media. In the US, "gag orders" have been placed on all NWS and NOAA personnel. Nearly all current information is controlled. Finding the truth is an ever more difficult endeavor. A rapidly growing mountain of scientific data makes the lethal consequences of the atmospheric spraying all too clear. Its destructive and toxic fallout is ever more evident around the globe. Climate engineering/weather warfare (which is also biological warfare) is our greatest and most immediate threat short of nuclear disaster.
All who are aware of this most dire issue need to do everything in their power to bring it to light for the masses before our biosphere is damaged beyond any meaningful recovery. It is imperative for those who have been "sitting the fence" on the critical climate engineering issue to realize its gravity and help in the effort to expose this greatest of all untold crimes in human history. Investigate and familiarize yourself with at least the basic facts in regard to SAG, SRM, ozone destruction, and the complete biosphere contamination from these programs. If all of us pulled together, who can say what good we may yet accomplish even at this late hour. Our "collective futures" are in the balance, we must make every day count.

Climate engineering is mathematically the greatest single assault against all life ever launched by the human race. The ongoing catastrophic effects of the global atmospheric spraying and radio frequency transmissions related to geoengineering programs are so massive in scope and scale that the overall destruction and death they are inflicting is impossible to quantify. Many deadly effects of the solar radiation management operations are completely overlooked, epidemic vitamin D deficiency is in this category.
Vitamin D deficiency is linked to a very long and growing list of human degenerative disease. Immune system degeneration, neurological system disorders, cancer, arthritis, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, obesity, cardiovascular disease, kidney failure, and even reproductive system disorders, the list goes on and on. The paradox is this, though our bodies manufacture vitamin D from sunlight exposure, now we have altered light from the sun due to the light scattering particles that are saturating our atmosphere from solar radiation management. There are no existing studies to address this issue since the ongoing climate engineering insanity is being officially denied. Next, since Earth's protective atmosphere is being torn apart from multiple aspects of climate engineering (sprayed ozone destroying particles and RF heating of the atmosphere), the UV radiation we are all now exposed to is at extremely dangerous levels making exposure to the sun a health threat. In addition, the extremely high UV levels may actually cause the body to shut down vitamin D production. Microwaving The Atmosphere To Mitigate Methane

Methane is rapidly accumulating in the atmosphere, many more noctilucent clouds are being seen at ever lower latitudes. Methane is over 100 times more potent a greenhouse gas than Co2 over a ten year time horizon. If the methane releases continue, "Venus Syndrome" will be the end result.
Geoengineering/solar radiation management has been pushed as mitigation for the rapidly building global methane release cataclysm, but is climate engineering really a cure? Or has the decades long geoengineering insanity actually helped to trigger the methane catastrophe in the first place?
The delusion of the technological fix is unfortunately ingrained in the human psyche. This is how we have been trained and taught by the power structure. Modern industrialized/militarized technology now pushed the human race and all life on Earth well past the breaking point. Yet, even now, the indoctrination of academia and society prevails, the delusion of the "techno fix" (to what technology and anthropogenic activity caused in the first place) is rampant. What is the "science" community pushing now? Welcome to project LUCY and ALAMO, the intentional massive microwaving of the atmosphere with oppossing frequencies in an incredibly desperate and destructive attempt to molecularly degrade the atmospheric methane buildup.
Large ground based ionosphere heater facilities like HAARP are likely being used for programs like project LUCY and ALAMO in addition to their use for weather modification and jet stream manipulation.
It is important to remember that there is a global network of these highly destructive ionosphere heater radio frequency transmission installations around the globe.
There are also the huge SBX radar platforms located around the globe. It is very likely these platforms (like the ground based RF transmitters) are also being used for weather modification and attempted methane mitigation.

How much risk do solar flares or the even larger coronal mass ejections (CME's) pose to our planet and our very existence? The dangers are far greater than most can imagine. SIx and a half decades of climate engineering has decimated Earth's atmosphere and the natural protection that was once provided from it. "Venus syndrome" is not a metaphor, it is a scientific scenario. The term should be self explanatory, but just to be clear, Venus syndrome is a scenario in which climate and atmospheric feedback loops are triggered that can't be switched off. Under this scenario, as greenhouse gasses build up, and cause planetary warming, yet more greenhouse gasses are released which causes still more warming. This trajectory does not end in a balmy tropical resort Earth, but rather a planet that is closer to hell. Like Venus, Earth would become a pressure cooking inferno with virtually no life.
